The world moves quickly around us.

As a part of the human experience,

We sometimes find ourselves to be busy,

Overwhelmed and frustrated.

We receive demands from our society,

Community,

Work,

Family,

Friends and many other aspects of our lives.

In this moment,

We are going to set our intention to rewiring the neural pathways within our brain,

Resulting in the crisp,

Clear and concrete understanding that we owe our time to no one.

Nothing takes precedence over living a calm,

Peaceful and beautiful life.

All that is required in this moment is to breathe,

Relax and simply be.

Relax your body.

Release any and all tension in your feet,

Legs,

Torso,

Arms,

Hands,

Neck,

Head and face.

Feel the release.

Become relaxed.

Focus solely on your breath.

Breathe in slowly,

Deeply and meaningfully.

Breathe out slowly,

Deeply and meaningfully.

Breathe in an abundance of oxygen,

Energy and nourishment.

Release by breathing out all negativity,

Darkness and blockages.

Continue to breathe deeply with meaning and intention.

Withdraw your senses.

Come away from external sights,

Sounds,

Sensations and distractions.

Focus solely on your internal being.

Focus solely on your inner experience.

Repeat this intention to yourself silently in your mind.

Breathe,

Relax and reset.

Breathe,

Relax and reset.

Breathe,

Relax and reset.

Come into a moment of peace and silence.

Do not worry about the time.

I will let you know when it is time to come back.

Nothing requires your attention at this time.

You are free from obligations and distractions.

Take a long,

Drawn-out,

Deep breath in.

Release with a long,

Extended,

Refreshing breath outward.

Continue to breathe naturally and comfortably.

Become aware of your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Begin to lightly move your arms and legs if you can.

Remind yourself each and every day that joy,

Serenity,

Peace and calm are all feelings that reside within you and that you may access them at any time through deep and intentional internal reflection.

Just like you did in this very moment.

Now,

Go out into the world and into your life feeling refreshed and ready for this beautiful thing we call the human experience.
