This meditation has been created to help children understand and reverse some of the negative effects of social media and what they receive in the world,
The negative messages that some of our innocent children are receiving from their outside environments.
This meditation has been created to help parents parent their children in a way that allows their children to begin understanding the power of their own mind.
This meditation has been created to help children and parents understand the power they have to reject any and all information that has them believing that they are not enough.
The truth is dear ones,
Parents and children,
We are all enough.
We have been born enough.
We will always be enough.
But so much of what we receive in obvious ways and not so obvious ways has us believing that we are not enough.
Much of what we receive has us believing we are not good enough.
This meditation has been created to help children understand nothing is their fault.
Dear ones,
Please begin by making yourselves very,
Very comfortable.
The words and the music you are about to hear are going to begin to make you feel very sleepy.
That's okay little one.
Let it in.
Feel the music.
Feel the words.
You don't have to think about anything.
This journey is simply about feeling.
All you have to do dear one is feel.
Feel the music.
Feel the words.
Feel it in your heart.
Feel it in your mind.
The music,
The words and the vibrations will do all the work for you.
Little one,
It's important that you understand that your brain is like a computer.
Your brain takes in information and most of the time it just accepts information.
It doesn't question information.
Imagine putting groceries inside a grocery bag.
Imagine putting bright shiny apples into a grocery bag.
The grocery bag just accepts the apples.
The grocery bag cannot push the apples out of the bag.
It can only hold the apples.
Now imagine someone putting rotten apples into the grocery bag.
Imagine someone putting rotten bananas into the grocery bag.
Imagine someone throwing an old cigarette into the grocery bag.
Imagine someone throwing dirty sneakers into the grocery bag.
Imagine someone throwing bad words into the grocery bag.
Imagine someone throwing the word stupid into the grocery bag.
Imagine someone throwing the word ugly into the grocery bag.
Imagine someone throwing the word fat into the grocery bag.
Little one,
It's not the bag's fault that somebody dumped or threw in or placed or put in things that were unhealthy or bad into the grocery bag.
It's not the grocery bag's fault.
It's not the grocery bag's fault that it might think it's stupid or rotten or bad or smelly or ugly because of the things that other people put into the grocery bag.
Little one,
I want you to know that nothing is your fault.
I want you to know that you were born perfect.
Little one,
I want you to know that you came from the sky.
You are made of stardust.
The same things that are in a star are in you.
When you look up at a star,
I want you to remember that you are just like a star.
Accept that you are a star that shines on earth and the stars you see in the sky are lights in the sky and you are a light on earth.
No matter what anyone has ever made you feel or said,
It's not your fault if you feel like you are not good enough.
You are good enough.
You were born good enough and you will always be good enough.
Little one,
It doesn't matter where you live,
What your house or apartment looks like.
It doesn't matter if you have a mommy and a daddy or just a mommy or just a daddy.
It doesn't matter if you have two mommies or two daddies.
You are good enough.
Little one,
It doesn't matter what your hair looks like.
If it is long or short or curly or straight or if you don't have hair,
You are good enough.
You are not your hair.
You are your heart.
You are the light and the love that is in your heart.
You are love.
It doesn't matter if your hair is red or orange or yellow or black or brown or white or green or purple or blue or pink.
You are enough.
It doesn't matter if you are tall or short or big or small or chubby or skinny or big.
You are enough.
It doesn't matter if you have a nice car or an old car,
A pretty car or a not so pretty car.
It's just a car.
It doesn't matter if you have a car or don't have a car.
It doesn't matter if you walk to where you need to go or take the bus to where you need to go or take the subway to where you need to go.
Little one,
Those things don't matter because what matters is inside your heart.
Little one,
It doesn't matter if the school thinks you are the smartest child or not the smartest child.
It doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
Just do your best.
It's not your fault that the world you live in judges people.
That's not your fault.
You are enough.
It's not your fault that other people might judge you.
That's their problem.
That's their problem.
People who judge are not seeing you with their heart.
People who judge have a lot of rotten things in their grocery bag.
People who judge don't know that they are good enough.
It's not your fault that they judge you.
If you feel judged,
It's because the other person has junk in their brain.
It's not your fault if they judge you.
If they make fun of you.
If they don't play with you.
That's not your fault.
Little one,
When you know that you are good enough,
You start to feel good enough.
And when you feel good enough,
You are okay all by yourself.
It's important to remember that you are good enough.
And you don't have to watch scary things on TV.
You don't have to play with people who are not nice to you.
You don't have to try and make people like you.
Because you are good enough.
It's okay to play by yourself.
To talk to yourself.
And to remember in your mind,
I am good enough.
And when others judge me,
That's because they have rotten apples in their brain.
It's not my fault if they judge me.
It's their problem if they judge me.
I can go on playing all by myself.
Until I find someone who is just like me.
It's not your fault if your parents argue.
It's not your fault if your parents are divorced.
It's not your fault if you can't make other people happy.
That's not your job,
Little one.
It's your job to make yourself happy.
Even if that means you need to be happy all by yourself.
Little one,
You don't have to play with people who are unkind.
You can play by yourself.
You can color and jump and dance and sing and write poetry and imagine.
Be creative and do arts and crafts all by yourself.
It's not your fault if people don't acknowledge you or praise you or tell you they love you.
That's not your fault.
You came from love.
You are love.
Your heart is love.
You can love yourself.
Love yourself,
Little one,
Because you are enough.
You are enough.
You are enough.
I love you,
Little one.
The creator loves you,
Little one.
The stars love you,
Little one.
The earth loves you,
Little one.
The trees,
The grass,
The wind,
The birds,
And all the animals of the land love you,
Little one.
The moon loves you.
The sun loves you.
The clouds love you.
The oceans and the sky love you,
Little one.
You are enough.
You are enough.
