A vision and manifestation meditation.

So just taking a moment to adjust your position.

Finding a point of comfort where the body feels wakeful and alert.

Closing your eyes if that feels right for you.

Or simply adopting a soft gaze.

Surrendering to the stillness.

Allowing yourself to take some deep,

Gentle breaths in and out without trying to control the breath in any way.

And with each inhale,

Imagine breathing in creativity and vitality.

Finding deep inspiration.

And with each exhale,

Imagining letting go of any tension,

Worry or self-doubt that might inhibit your imagination.

Breathing in deeply with lungs and heart full.

And then breathing out deeply all the way out.

Releasing any tension from the body and the mind.

And as you connect with your breath,

Starting to notice what sensations you feel in your body.

You might become aware of your belly rising and falling with each breath.

It may even help to rest your hands on your belly and to feel into that motion.

Relaxing your entire body and allowing yourself to be fully supported by the ground or seat beneath you.

You might start to feel a tingling sensation in your feet and toes.

Or maybe you don't feel anything.

Just allowing or imagining that sensation radiating throughout your entire body and every muscle as it melts away any tension or worry.

Allowing the tingling sensation to radiate up your torso and back.

Up your neck and through the crown of your head.

Letting it run down your shoulders and arms and out the tips of your fingers,

Allowing you to relax even more.

Then allowing the tingling to radiate down your pelvis,

Your legs and your feet right to the tip of your toes.

And as you let these soothing sensations radiate through each and every cell of your body.

Becoming more peaceful and calm.

Inviting curiosity and creativity and the spaciousness to explore your inner hopes and dreams.

So on this journey,

I invite you to explore your future and your future self.

To consider your values and your life's highest commitments.

Answering the following questions silently to yourself.

What is your heart saying about what holds meaning for you?

What kind of person are you looking to be?

What values do you want your life to affirm?

And when you look back at the end of your life,

Who do you want to have been?

Not reflecting on your career or what you've done with your life.

But rather on your character.

How do you want others to remember you?

The first step to creating a vision,

And then from there your goals,

Is to look inward.

And this means tapping into your creative,

Visual,

Emotional and intuitive right brain to imagine what you desire and what's possible or even not seemingly possible.

Try to conceptualise your vision in as much detail as you can.

Using images,

Colours,

Sensations and emotions.

And giving yourself permission to let your imagination room freely.

There is no right or wrong here.

And whatever you imagine will be unique to you.

You might find your vision comes to you in vivid detail.

Or you might just feel an inkling of something and both is okay.

Also you don't need to take everything you see literally.

You might see symbols or metaphor and this might be something that reveals greater meaning to you at a later time.

The more connected you are to your vision,

The more likely you will keep progressing towards it and will manifest it.

Holding the answers to the earlier questions in your mind and heart.

Imagine yourself floating through time until you arrive at a point one year from now.

Your goals have already been realised and you are presently living in this energy.

Exactly one year from now,

What do you see around you?

What do you hear and feel?

Where are you?

When you look in the mirror,

What do you see?

Who are you?

What would you say to your future self?

Where are you in terms of your dreams?

Your connection to your hopes for the future?

Where are you with your physical health?

Both your body and how you feel about it?

What is your relationship to family like?

They may or may not have changed at all,

But you may be experiencing a new way of relating to them.

How has this relationship grown or changed?

Is it easier to handle old problems that used to hook you?

And what is your relationship with friends like?

How much connection and support do you share?

How honest are you with them?

What new people are in your life now that you only dreamed about a year ago?

What affirming things would your new and old friends be saying about you?

Where are you with your relationship with spirituality,

However you might define that for yourself?

With your sense of connection to forces greater and wiser than yourself?

Where are you with your career?

Are you filled with purpose and passion?

How do you arrive home at the end of each day?

Do you have pursuits outside of work that fulfill you?

Who are you doing these with?

Where are you?

And how do they make you feel?

Where are you with your own belief in your worth and power?

How do you see yourself?

How courageous are you?

What are you committed to?

Your vision doesn't need to be created as such because it already exists deep within you.

You just need to access it.

So engaging the brushstrokes of your voice and the colour palette of your values,

Paint the most compelling and real picture of your vision.

And now imagining this all to be true.

If everything you just saw,

Heard and felt were guaranteed to come true,

How would you be sitting right now?

Where would your shoulders be?

What kind of facial expression would you have?

How would you be breathing?

Taking a moment to allow yourself to be with the full experience of the future achievement of your goals.

And knowing that it is a reflection of who you are,

A representation of your values,

Your voice and your vision.

Letting your senses take in the sights,

Sounds and smells of this new place in the future.

And before coming back to the present moment,

Do what you need to to say goodbye to this future place.

Knowing you can come back to visit at any time.

In a few moments,

I'll count back from three to one.

At the count of one,

You will be awake and renewed,

Knowing you can remember everything you need of your future vision.

Three,

Coming back now and becoming more awake and alive.

Two,

Wiggling your fingers and toes and moving your body in whatever way feels right for you.

And one,

Opening your eyes if they've been closed and feeling totally awake and renewed.
