Find a comfortable seated pose.
And alternatively you can also stand while listening to this guidance.
And then start by connecting to your breath.
Fully filling your lungs and allowing them to empty.
And see if you can really connect to the feeling of breathing.
If you can stay with sensing the feeling.
In our world there is many,
Many things to sense.
But to get to a meditative state it is generally easier to just sense one thing at a time.
So feel your breathing.
Become your breathing.
And from this sensing of breathing open up to any sounds that you can pick up.
Either nearby or far away.
Inside the space that you are in or maybe somewhere outside.
Allowing any sound to rise without labeling,
Without judgment.
And then shift your awareness to your feet.
Feeling the ground below your feet.
And then see if you can relax into this feeling.
So let go of any pushing.
Just connect and feel the firm connection with the earth under your feet.
Feel the gravity.
Feel the connection with the earth.
And then shift your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Feeling the earth,
The support under you.
See if you can entirely be in this feeling,
This sensing.
Will you let go of any tension in your feet,
In your toes,
Your heels,
Ankles?
Just allow to rest on the earth.
Nothing to do.
Just feel.
This earth that is always carrying you wherever you are.
This energy,
The gravity,
Which always supports you.
Maybe you can connect your heart with the feeling being connected with the earth.
Feeling the support.
And then from this feeling visualize yourself,
The place where you are seated or standing.
And then realize that there is,
Even if you are in a building or room,
That outside there is the sky above you.
Whether there is clouds,
Or rain,
Sunshine,
Moonlight or stars.
There is always the sky above you.
Visualize yourself seated or standing in the posture that you are physically in.
Zooming out and seeing yourself on the earth with the sky above you.
And then feel the connection.
And this energy flowing through you,
Connecting the sky above you to the crown of your head.
Your third eye,
The space between your eyes and your heart.
And feel how these energies meet.
They merge,
Melt.
Really feel your heart,
Your heart center,
Being the center of the earth and the sky.
You are what connects heaven and earth.
You are the divine.
You are life.
And feel how it is to be alive.
Feel the energy flowing through you.
You are this energy.
And you only have to be aware of it.
You only have to be present to,
To feel all this.
Connecting heaven and earth.
That is you.
And there is absolutely nothing that you have to do.
You are in entirely perfect balance.
Exactly there where you need to be.
On this grand scale of things.
Allowing the energy to flow through you.
In any way that it is required in this moment.
Just being.
Even if you would not be aware of it.
And there still is just being.
And from your heart allow this feeling to fill your entire body.
Feel the balance.
In your feet.
Your hips.
Your shoulders and neck.
Your fingertips.
Eyebrows.
Ears.
Explore this total balance.
Being buoyant.
Floating between heaven and earth.
Nothing to do.
Really nothing to do.
You are the divine connection.
You are the divine connection.
And in this union between heaven and earth.
Between heaven and earth.
You are united with all the beings.
And from this feeling of buoyancy.
Allow yourself to float and reconnect with the feeling of the floor below your feet.
Still maybe buoyant.
Floating standing on the earth or floating seated in your chair.
Feeling very light.
But being aware of the ground below you.
And then sense the space above you.
The infinite amount of stars,
Galaxies.
Of which you are a part.
Feeling your heart center.
Feeling the divine in you.
Become aware of your breathing.
Sensing the feeling of breathing.
Exploring the feeling of your lungs expanding.
Your chest expanding.
Your upper back expanding.
Your shoulders moving.
And then releasing into the exhale.
Sensing every cell in you.
Breathing in full awareness.
And if you feel ready then you can open your eyes.
And bring this feeling with you.
Into the day or into the night.
