My name is Lisa and welcome to this manifestation meditation.
Manifesting work boundaries can be extremely difficult,
Especially if we have a hard time saying no or more technically work from home or your work schedule requires you to modify your lifestyle significantly.
It's important for you to manifest key priorities within your life to manifest healthy work boundaries.
Whether you wish to manifest boundaries around work,
It gives you room to take care of the foundation of your values and life.
Or you actually wish to set more boundaries to focus on work.
This meditation is for you.
So go ahead find a comfortable seated position or come to lie on down.
Take a nice big deep inhale and exhale.
Begin to breathe naturally and observe where your breath begins and ends.
Notice that even our body has boundaries starting with our breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Let the sound of rain wash away any thoughts,
Worries or fear that no longer serve you.
Let it bring you clarity as I ask this question.
What does your ideal day look like?
What does your ideal day look like?
Don't let judgments or questions of the how disturb your vision.
Just see it clearly in your mind's eye.
Inhale and exhale.
Recognize that this ideal day is what you deserve,
What you need to show up as the best version of yourself in every aspect of your life.
Recognize that you need key elements of this vision to manifest and create the life you deserve.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe in and sigh out.
Begin to visualize which key elements of this vision brings you the most bliss.
Then repeat these affirmations after me.
I am worthy of creating boundaries that fill my cup.
I share my boundaries from a place of love.
Sharing my boundaries means sharing and honoring my authentic self.
Sharing my boundaries means sharing and honoring my authentic self.
Those who respect my boundaries respect who I am.
In creating boundaries,
I create a space for all I wish to manifest.
In creating boundaries,
I create a space for all I wish to manifest.
Boundaries help take care of me and those around me.
By creating boundaries,
I create my ideal world.
Remember to not be afraid of saying no,
Because living your authentic nature earnestly is the greatest gift you can give yourself and others.
Now visualize what life would look like if you were to implement boundaries to manifest those key elements of your vision.
Embrace fears,
Doubts,
The what ifs,
And honor this truth.
Let this be a guide on what you need to do for yourself and for others to manifest a well-rounded and successful life.
Set an intention for yourself to manifest at least implementing one of these boundaries.
And next time when you return to this meditation,
You can implement another.
Starting very small and simply until your vision becomes a reality.
