
Nightly Ritual Meditation For Self-Love And Abundance

Welcome to your nightly ritual of self-love and abundance. This meditation is here to help you unwind each night, release any stress, and cultivate a sense of deep inner peace. As you journey inward, you will gently nurture your spirit and open yourself to the abundance that surrounds you as well as the unconditional love of the Universe. Behind you lies the day you have just experienced and all that has gone before. Ahead of you, dawn heralds the unfolding of all that is yet to be. It is safe for you to relax here and fill yourself with love - for yourself. Let go of the day and allow yourself to drift off to sleep, feeling safe, blessed, and loved. Together, we will create a sacred space where you can connect with your true essence and embrace the love and abundance that is your birthright. This meditation lasts for 50 minutes and if you want it to continue, select the repeat track so it will gently start again to support you throughout the night.
Transcript
Find yourself a comfortable position in your bed.
Allow your body to sink into your cozy bed.
Allow the covers to caress you.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth with a gentle sigh.
Allow yourself to get even more comfortable.
Close your eyes if they are not already closed and just keep your attention on your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out and you may wish to close your mouth now.
Feel yourself settling in,
Allowing your body to relax completely.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest.
Each inhale brings peace and each exhale releases any tension in your body.
Allow your breath to become deeper and slower.
With each exhale imagine any stress or any worry floating away.
This time in bed as your body is ready to rest and restore is a perfect time for a nighttime ritual of giving love to yourself and sending love to the world.
And also for finding gratitude for your day.
At the end of the day as the sweet dark stillness of night beckons us to lay down our bodies and rest we find ourselves at a time of transition.
Behind us lies the day we have just experienced and all that has gone before.
Ahead of us dawn heralds the unfolding of all that is yet to be.
While many of us have morning rituals that connect us with our center and help us to set intentions for the day ahead we may want to explore the magic and the power of this nighttime ritual meditation also.
It holds for us a beautiful chance for self-appreciation and blessings.
Blessings for ourselves and others in our journey through this lifetime.
So now bless your body and all that your body does for you each day bless your day and the wisdom it has brought you.
Bless your life so that it brings you more joy every day.
As you lie in your bed send gratitude compassion and healing to the being you have been up until this moment and send lightness and love into the future for the one you are in the process of becoming.
Though simple this action honors the journey you have taken so far while opening you to the wonderful possibilities still ahead.
When you engage with your own growth and becoming this way you may find that your slumber becomes deeper and sweeter filling your night with a deeper sense of trust and relaxation.
As you rest surrender to these peaceful hours knowing that the road behind you has been seen and acknowledged with respect kindness and appreciation while the path ahead now holds your own love and well wishes.
This nighttime ritual empowers you as you are the only one who can determine the wisdom of your own past and the hopefulness of your future.
By using this sweet special time each night you can guide yourself on your path of expansion of growth and of healing.
It allows you to let the past have its place to trust that the future is taken care of and to simply rest yourself in the graceful arms of the present moment.
Sink down a little further into your comfortable bed relax some more and just say to yourself silently I rest well I sleep peacefully and I awaken with joy.
You may drift off to sleep at any time while listening to my voice but there's no rush let go let go let go and relax.
You are safe and you are divinely guided and protected.
There is nowhere you need to be but here in your safe comfortable bed.
There is nothing for you to do but rest and maybe listen to me a while longer as you drift off into the sweetness of a delicious night's sleep.
Breathe in peace and breathe out any tension that your body might still be holding on to.
If you find your mind wandering don't worry this is natural.
Gently and kindly bring your attention back to your breath and back to my voice.
Now take a moment to feel gratitude again for the day that has just passed.
Perhaps for a small kindness a moment of joy or simply for being alive.
Let this feeling of gratitude wash all over you as you relax a little more.
Feel the gratitude in your body.
Thank you.

I am so blessed to be a part of the universe.
I am so blessed that the universe is a part of me.
Love every cell of your body.
Every part of you.
Your muscles.
Your skin.
Your torso.
Your legs.
Your arms.
Every part of you.
And if there is a part of you that isn't as well as you would wish thank that part of the body too.
Embrace it.
Accept it.

And send healing light and love to that part of yourself.
Wrap yourself in healing light and love as you lie in your bed.
Be gentle with yourself.
Be compassionate with yourself.
Accept where you are in life and then you can allow in abundance all of its glorious forms.
Breathe in and release any tightness in your body on the out-breath.
Let go.
Acknowledge any thoughts or feelings that arise.
And then gently release the thoughts or feelings that are not serving you or supporting you and just allow them to drift away.
You may drift off to sleep at any time while listening to my voice.
But there is no rush.
Let go.

Let go and relax.
You are safe and you are divinely guided and protected.
Now imagine that you are in a peaceful and beautiful place in nature.
A place that brings you that peace and serenity.
This could be a place you have been to or a place you have imagined before.
Maybe you are sitting on a sandy beach watching the gentle waves rolling in and out with the salty smell of the ocean spray and the sand's powdery,
Soft texture between your toes as you sink your bare feet deeper into the sand.
Or is it a magical,
Secret forest where you can wander safely with the dappled sunshine through the trees and the aromas of pine,
Damp moss and resins with grasses that hold earthy qualities.
Maybe you are lying on your back in the middle of a vast meadow looking up at a blue sky and watching fluffy white clouds slowly drift by.
Wildflowers are all around you and you can hear the soft buzz of bees collecting pollen and nectar.
The smell of wild thyme and sage floats in the air and gentle,
Sweet,
Melodious birdsong can be heard.
Or are you standing on a mountaintop looking out at the night sky with the vastness of the stars above and all around you,
Feeling safe in the universe's loving embrace.
Imagine the sights,
The sounds and the smells of this special,
Sacred place you have chosen for yourself.
Feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin or the coolness of the soft breeze.
Let this image fill your mind and bring a sense of calm and more relaxation and peace to your body.
Take some more time to explore this special place in your mind.
What else can you see?
What can you hear?
What can you smell and touch?
Allow yourself to feel completely relaxed and at ease in this place in nature.
Stay here as long as you need and you may drift off to sleep at any time while listening to my voice.
But there's no rush.
Just let go.
Let go.
Let go and relax.
You are safe and you are divinely guided and protected.
Now slowly and gently bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel the weight of your feet on the bed and notice any sensations in your toes and feet.
Move your attention to your ankles,
Your calves and shins and your knees.
Notice any sensations in these parts of your body and release any tension you find there.
Continue this practice moving your attention up your body through your thighs,
Your hips and your lower back.
Notice any sensations in these areas and release any discomfort you may feel there.
We store a loss of pain and trauma in our hips,
Pelvis and lower back.
It is safe for you to let go.
And remember you may drift off to sleep at any time while listening to my voice.
But there is no rush.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go and relax.
You are safe and you are divinely guided and protected.
Now bring your awareness to your chest,
To your shoulders and your arms and hands.
Again be aware of any sensations and release any stiffness and tension that may still be there.
Allow your heart to open with love for yourself and love for others.
You are loved.
You are loving.
And you are lovable.
Move your attention to your neck and throat,
Your head and your face.
Is there tension in your jaw?
Any clenching of the jaw?
Let go.
Let go and relax.
Relax the area around your eyes.
Your forehead is smooth and at ease.
Bring your awareness to your scalp and any residual tension that may still be there.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go and relax.
You are safe and you are divinely guided and protected.
Your body is completely relaxed,
Sinking in deeper into your bed.
Allow the mattress and the pillows to hold you and support you and cradle you.
Allow your bed covers to embrace and protect you.
Allow this deepening sense of relaxation,
Sinking deeper and deeper into a state of peace and calm.
Your body feels heavy and at ease and your mind is clear and quiet.
Allow yourself to drift into a state of deep sleep whenever you wish.
Know that you are safe and protected and that you will awake feeling refreshed and restored.
As you lie back in the softness of your bed,
Be aware that we are all energy.
Everything is energy and all there is,
Is love.
Unconditional love.
Let that unconditional love flow into your heart.
Be aware of your heart beating.
It beats every day,
All day,
Whether you notice it or not.
It is there for you.
Feel the love in your heart for yourself.
Forgive yourself.
Let it all go.
Breathe in love and breathe out love.
Send out love to everyone that you know and everyone you don't know.
Forgive others and set yourself free.
You are one with the universe.
You are a part of the universe.
You are made of starlight and stardust.
The universe is a part of you and you are a part of the universe.
You are here for a reason.
You have a purpose,
Even if you don't know what that is.
Just because your heart beats,
You are here for a reason.
Just be with that now as you feel sleepier and sleepier.
Whether you're asleep now or not,
It doesn't matter.
Your mind is still listening to me.
We are all connected on this beautiful planet,
Within this solar system,
Within the whole universe.
Be aware of your inner being.
Your inner being knows who you are.
This is your true self.
Without a need for ego.
Without a need for self-doubt.
Without a need for unworthiness.
Your inner being shines bright.
Be one with your inner being and know your worthiness.
Feel the oneness with the universe.
Feel the love coursing through you from the universe.
And send that love out to the universe and to everyone and everything in the universe.
You are a blessed child of the universe.
Make a gentle intention to sleep peacefully and allow your subconscious to resolve any patterns in your consciousness that are creating resistance to your good.
Know that you can trust your inner wisdom,
Your inner being,
The power within you,
The divine within you and all around you.
Languish some more,
Feeling the bed covers on your body as you lie back in your bed.
And you may drift off to sleep at any time while listening to my voice.
But there is no rush.
Let go.

Affirm that any healing physically,
Spiritually or emotionally is taking place in your body and your soul and your mind while you sleep.
As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly allow your body to relax deeper and deeper.
You may drift off to sleep at any time while listening to my voice.
But there is no rush.
Let go.
Let go and relax.
You are safe and you are divinely guided and protected.
Now imagine there are roots growing from the base of your spine,
Anchoring you deeply into sweet Mother Earth.
Feel a sense of stability and security as you connect with the grounding energy of the planet as she cradles you in her strength and love.
Let's journey together gently and slowly through your physical chakras.
Balancing and harmonizing their energies for a beautiful,
Restful and calming night's sleep.
Let us start with the root chakra.
Imagine a soft red light at the base of your spine and around your perineum.
This is your foundation,
Your connection to safety and security.
Feel this energy grounding you,
Providing stability and protection and well-being as you sleep.
Now slowly and gently move your awareness up to the sacral chakra.
Imagine a gentle orange glow in your lower abdomen.
This is the center of your creativity,
Your sexuality and your emotions.
Allow feelings of pleasure,
Sweet passion and abundance to flow through every cell of your body.
Now bring your gentle awareness to the solar plexus.
Imagine a yellow light glowing in your solar plexus chakra in the area above your navel.
This is your power center,
Your self-esteem and your personal will.
Feel strong and quietly confident as this yellow inner light radiates within you as you relax further in your bed.
Let us now move to the heart chakra.
Imagine a soft green light glowing in your heart center.
This is the chakra of love,
Compassion and balance.
Open your heart to unconditional love for yourself and others as you sleep tonight.
Now the throat chakra.
Imagine a sky blue light shining in the area of your throat.
This is your energy center of communication and self-expression.
Know that it is always safe for you to speak your truth with honesty and clarity and love.
Now bring your awareness to the third eye chakra.
Imagine a deep indigo light glowing between your eyebrows.
This is the energy center of your intuition and inner wisdom.
Trust your inner guidance and connect with your higher self.
This inner guidance is with you throughout the night and always.
You are safe and you are divinely guided and protected.
The last of your physical chakras is your crown chakra.
Can you imagine or maybe visualize a pure white light at the crown of your head?
This is your connection to the divine,
To universal consciousness.
All there is.
Feel a deep sense of peace,
Unity and oneness with all that is as you drift off into the dream state.
Know that you are always safe and you are always divinely guided and protected.
Feel a deep relaxation flow through every chakra in your body.
You have now balanced your energy centers,
Your chakras.
A sense of deeper and deeper relaxation washes over you.
Imagine your body softening into your bed.
You are at peace.
As you allow sleep to come to you gently,
You know you are safe and protected.
Let yourself drift into a peaceful sleep.
Your sleep tonight will rejuvenate your body and your mind and your soul.
Sweet dreams,

Just notice the rhythm of your breath.
