Let's begin a meditation that you can do any day.
You could do it every day if you wanted to or hold this practice for very special moments in which you want to feel and become magnetic.
The whole point of this practice is to embrace our most authentic self,
Our most loving self and call in that magnetism that we're so longing for.
If possible,
I recommend that you do this a few times a week so that you become magnetic and attract all of what you're wanting,
Deserving and more.
So let's begin by doing three deep breaths just to renew our energy and release whatever is no longer serving us.
So go ahead and do a deep inhale through your tummy,
Hold it in and exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that two more times.
Inhale through your tummy,
Deeply in,
Hold and allowing yourself to feel a little bit lighter,
Letting go of whatever's no longer serving us.
And one more time,
Inhale and let come back to breathing through your nose and out your nose,
Letting our lips be tight and relaxed and our tongue neither touching the top of our mouths nor on the regular position,
Fully relaxed.
And I want you to picture and imagine times in which you felt completely loved.
Allow yourself to visualize these moments,
Visualize yourself and invite that energy and those feelings.
How does it feel in your body to be this loved?
How did it look like to be this loved?
Allow yourself to travel through time,
Through these times and re-experience it.
Let this energy of love flow through your body and now visualize and imagine times in which you felt completely happy.
How do those times look like?
How do you look like being completely happy?
Which memories come to mind?
Perhaps really specific ones,
Some that we find extremely important and some that we had not even remembered,
That they're bringing complete happiness.
Allow your body to enter that state,
To experience this happiness through your veins,
Through your skin,
Through yourself,
Through your soul.
And now visualize yourself and imagine yourself feeling completely free.
What replays and memories come to mind?
What are your eyes saying?
How does your body feel in this state of liberty and freedom?
Why do you feel completely free?
How would you feel completely free?
Let your mind wander and invite that energy to flow through your body,
Up and down,
Side to side,
All over your chest,
Your stomach,
Your heart,
Your hips.
And now invite all three sensations of love,
Happiness and freedom,
Invite them in,
Perhaps verbally.
Allow them into your body energetically through the sensations,
The colors,
The emotions,
The feelings,
The warmth.
Let your body free of everything that's holding you back,
Everything that's keeping you stuck and everything that's cluttering your mind.
And allow your body and mind and soul to enter a state of a completely renewed energy.
So free,
So loved,
So happy,
So magnetic,
So attractive.
Allow your body to stay in this state for a few more minutes and just trust this ease.
Let this flow through you and let this become you.
This undeniable magnetic force,
Magnetic field in which nothing is impossible.
And now begin to bring your mind's eye back to your feet,
Back to your feet,
Back to this moment.
Allow yourself to re-feel where you're in,
Where you're at,
The length of the room that you're currently in.
Feel the ground or the surface in which you're sitting on top of.
Your feet,
Your toes,
Your hands,
Hands back to your heart.
