So,
Just inviting you to get comfortable and just deeply acknowledging you for being here and breathing into your body and just arriving in your body and just taking a moment to notice how is your body feeling right now and is there anywhere you're holding on,
Anywhere that feels constricted and just breathing into it and just allowing yourself to let go a little bit more and feel your shoulders relaxing and feel your back being supported and now just really bringing your attention down to your legs and your feet and really breathing into them and the lower half of your body and this part that connects you with the earth and just inviting mother earth to come up and hold you,
Just allowing her to come up,
Feeling her energy and just allowing yourself to be supported by her and to be held by her and this connection is a part of your safety,
Your holding here on earth and so just allowing yourself to breathe into that a little bit more and feeling this connection,
This rooting and grounding and breathing and from this place,
We're going to invite the essence,
The current,
The energy of money to join you and just inviting it in and just beginning to notice where you feel it,
How you feel it,
How it wants to make itself known to you,
Just being open as you invite it in,
Noticing what it feels like,
Looks like,
Maybe you can smell or taste it,
However it wants to make itself known is perfect for you and as you connect with it,
Just allow it to guide you,
Would it like to show you anything,
Does it have anything it wants to say to you and just allowing yourself to be guided by the energy of money for a moment longer and now just thanking this energy,
Knowing you can come back and connect here or in another way,
Whenever you like and just beginning to open this new,
Deepened connection with the energy of money and its truth and just breathing all of that into your body,
Really breathing it into your root,
Your root chakra and just deeply holding it here and just taking a couple more breaths and then slowly coming back into your body and beginning to feel your body in the physical,
Moving and stretching and when you feel ready,
You can very gently bring yourself back into this space.
