This is a mindfulness bodyscan accompanied by the soothing healing sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. This bodyscan script was inspired by Clinical Psychotherapist Judith Blackstone. We inhabit the body in this practice to connect to the internal space of the body and feel that we are made of consciousness everywhere in our bodies. The addition of the healing Tibetan Singing Bowls allows us to connect even more deeply to this internal space within our divine beings as we are all vibrations.

This mindfulness body scan with Tibetan singing bowls is a practice of sound meeting the body.

We are all vibration.

Our bodies create harmony and music when in balance,

Which is a primary source of pure awareness.

So the connection between sound and the body is the same,

As we are all vibrational beings.

Sound creates a unified experience to help us attune,

Regulate and integrate accordingly.

So the body regulates with itself when it meets frequencies,

Becoming finely calibrated,

Simply by noticing and letting these sounds wash through us until our bodies find resonance.

Sometimes there may be sensations that feel different,

Or you may experience a tremble or a shake in the body.

This is normal and a healthy release.

Simply as you notice,

You allow yourself to work through these sensations by going towards them.

The sounds also facilitate a healing process,

Connecting you to your dynamic inner wisdom of your body.

So give yourself permission to fully relax and simply notice any sensations,

Information that's moving through your body.

Smile and notice and focus inwards,

Not trying too hard or putting any judgment on yourselves.

So we're not just vibration,

But we're also particles and waveforms.

It's a beautiful opportunity to dance together on these waveforms,

These healing vibrations.

So let's arrive in our bodies,

Closing your eyes,

Bringing your awareness to your breath,

Just allowing your breath to breathe your body naturally.

When you exhale,

Feel yourself routine to the earth,

Your support beneath you.

And again,

Breathing naturally.

And whenever you exhale,

Really feeling yourself more and more connected to the earth.

Now begin to visualize a pure white light pouring into the top of your head,

Your crown chakra.

This beautiful stream of white light inhabiting your crown.

It travels down into the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye,

Bringing your awareness to your third eye,

Inhabiting your third eye.

Light and love emanating out from your third eye.

Inhabit your forehead all the way around the sides of your forehead.

Let your forehead be soft and relaxed.

Breathing your closed eyes,

Let your eyes soften so they feel continuous with the rest of your face.

See if you can rest your eyes without floating off into sleep so that you're relaxed,

But present with your closed eyes.

Feel that you're behind your cheekbones and inside your nose,

All the way to the tip of your nose.

Feel that you're inside your jaw,

Softening your jaw.

Inhabiting your mouth,

Softening your tongues so there's space inside of your mouth.

Feel that you're behind your lips,

Perhaps bringing a slight soft,

Tender smile to your mouth.

Inhabit your ears right through the centre of your ears,

These sensitive organs of perception that tell you so much about the world,

Having gratitude for the capacity to hear.

Take a moment to inhabit your whole face and experience living in your whole face,

Soft and spacious.

Feel that you're inside of your neck,

Soften your neck and gently let yourself settle within the cylinder of your neck.

Experience living within your neck,

A column of pure divine light.

Attuning to the quality of your voice with tenderness,

Your ability to speak your truth and every word with love.

Feel that you're inside your shoulders until they feel soft and spacious at the edges.

Inhabit your shoulder sockets.

If you inhabit your shoulder sockets deeply,

You may feel a slight resonance or vibration within them.

Balance your awareness of the space inside both of your shoulder sockets.

Feeling them both at the same time,

Both shoulders emanating light.

Feeling the transition from your shoulders to your upper arms,

Softening your triceps and biceps,

Inhabit your upper arms.

Experience living in your biceps and triceps.

Traveling from your upper arms to your forearms,

Softening and inhabiting your forearms and into your wrists.

Inhabit your wrists and hands all the way to your fingertips.

Let yourself feel that they are your wrists,

Your hands,

Fingers and fingertips.

Light and love beaming out through your fingers.

Bringing your awareness now to your upper back and inhabit your upper back.

Inhabit your lungs,

Having gratitude for these wings that breathe your body,

Part of your amazing life force energy.

Inhabit your lungs all the way around your upper back arriving in your chest and inhabiting your chest.

Let yourself settle within your chest so that it feels like you're sitting in your heart.

Taking a moment,

Experiencing and attuning to the quality of your heart,

Your home and source of love and compassion.

Living within your heart,

Full of love,

Your true nature.

Inhabit your midsection between your ribs and your pelvis.

Be sure to inhabit this whole area,

Every rib emanating light and love.

Include your solar plexus under your ribs.

Let that soften and inhabit it along with the rest of your midsection.

Take a moment to experience yourself living with loving awareness within your midsection,

Having gratitude for all of your organs.

Living awareness to your pelvis,

Inhabit your pelvis,

Filling your whole pelvis with yourself.

Let yourself settle in your pelvis so that you feel comfortable living inside your pelvis.

Let yourself experience what it is like to inhabit your pelvis with love.

Gently traveling around your lower back,

Bringing kind awareness to your kidneys.

Inhabit your lower back and your kidneys.

Your kidneys and lower back,

Soft and spacious.

Inhabit now your glutes,

Soft and relaxed and grounded.

Feel that you're inside of your hip sockets.

If you inhabit your hip sockets deeply,

You may feel a tiny resonance or vibration within them.

Pure light dancing from one hip to the other.

Start to balance your awareness of the space inside both hip sockets.

And then both at the same time.

From the inside of your hip sockets,

You can feel the internal space of your upper thighs and your internal space of your lower torso.

You are living within the transition between your torso and your legs.

Inhabit your thighs all the way through the back of your thighs.

Let yourself experience living inside your thighs.

Muscles soft,

Melting with tenderness.

Bringing awareness now to your knees.

Inhabit your knees.

Gently settle down into your knees so that they feel soft inside.

Balance your awareness of the space inside both knees.

Feeling the inside of both knees at the same time.

Let yourself feel the spaciousness and light and love in your knees.

Feel that you're inside of your lower legs and your calves and your ankles.

Your breath caressing your calves,

Softening your lower legs and ankles.

Take a moment to live inside your lower legs.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Enter into your feet so that you inhabit them.

Experience yourself living within your feet.

Breathing in appreciation and pure divine light and love into your feet.

Now bringing some loving awareness to your spine.

Breathing slowly from the bottom of your spine to the middle and up to the top.

Inhabiting the space between each vertebrae.

Each vertebra emanating light.

Inhabiting your whole spine.

Your whole spine illuminating.

Inhabit your whole spine up into your head,

Into your skull,

Your brain.

Bringing awareness to your brain.

Whatever this means to you,

This place that works so hard for you.

Go into the sensations here and just feel its presence.

Turn your attention to this loyal servant.

Give it gratitude for all of its hard work.

Inhabit every cell in your body now.

Every cell full of light and love.

Now inhabit your whole body at once.

Your body is a temple and you are living inside the temple with nothing left out.

Seeing yourself living within your whole body and breathing.

Let yourself experience living within your body.

Let yourself experience your aliveness in your whole body.

See if you can feel comfortable at home within your body.

Your whole body bathing and inhabiting pure light and love.

So as the sounds start to fade,

Giving yourself permission to spend enjoying and bathing in the silence for a few minutes.

The stillness of who you are.

The beauty and pure divine light that you are.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Find the space outside your body.

The space in the room.

This space is above you and below you.

In front of you and to the sides of your body.

Now feel that the space inside your body and outside your body is the same continuous space.

You're inside your body but you are filled with space.

If this is easy for you to feel,

Let yourself experience that you are the space.

So coming back to your breath.

Inhabiting your breath.

Feeling this light and love that you are.

This beautiful healing light gradually becomes brighter emanating out to the world around you.

So breathing in light.

And breathing out light.

Breathing in peace.

And breathing out peace.

Breathing in love.

And breathing out love.

So just continue to stay living in your temple and quiet and stillness.

When you do feel called to open your eyes,

See if you can stay inside your whole body.

Even though the world appears,

You still have the temple of your body to sit inside of.

So may you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you continue to live in your temple of love and light.
