Welcome to your cooling and calming skin comfort meditation.

This is Jacqueline,

Your guide for the session.

When you're ready,

Find yourself a safe and quiet place.

Begin to settle your body into a comfortable position.

Notice any noise in the environment is unimportant.

Just let it come and let it go.

Now gently close your eyes.

It's time to open the channel of communication between your mind and your heart.

It's time for you to solve the puzzle of any discomfort you may have in your body and your life.

This is the time that you set out for to be empowered and to heal.

Take a nice,

Deep,

Slow breath in and gently let it out.

Just allow your breath to settle into a natural rhythm,

Like an ocean wave.

That's it.

Very soft,

Easy,

And effortless.

With every breath you take,

Begin to notice the air moving in and out.

Cooler as it enters,

Warmer as it leaves.

And maybe you already feel a little more space,

More space inside,

A little calmer inside.

Now take another nice,

Deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing all tension from the surface of your skin.

Let your skin rest,

Like letting out some steam and discomfort.

Allow your body to soften.

You know there's nowhere you need to go,

Nothing you need to do.

Only the gentle act of being here is sufficient.

That's right.

In a moment,

I'll count from 10 to 1.

With each number,

You'll drift a little deeper,

Deeper into a more comfortable and easier state.

With each breath,

Taking you down softly and peacefully,

Just like floating on a cool and calm lake in a nice autumn night.

Your body begins to feel heavier.

You stand by the edge of a quiet lake.

The surface is as cool,

As smooth as glass,

Reflecting a silver moon hanging low in the sky.

The faintest breath of wind ripples across the water,

Sending small circles of light drifting outward,

Just like whispers.

Around you,

The forest calms softly with life settling into stillness.

The scent of fallen leaves,

Faintly earthy,

Faintly sweet,

Mingles with the freshness of the lake air.

Your skin feels clean,

Cool,

As the night itself is washing through your face,

Your arms,

Your body,

And your legs.

Somewhere across the lake,

A single owl calls,

Long and low,

Fading into the dark.

The sound seems to echo inside you,

Reminding you of the quiet strength that lives in still moments.

The moonlight brushes over your skin.

With a silvery coolness,

It feels like a gentle lotion balm,

Soothing every patch of warmth,

Irritation,

Or tension.

8.

Soothe them down.

They're all gone.

You notice how the body seems to sigh in relief,

Matching the calm rhythm of your heartbeat and the rippling lake.

A light mist rises from the surface,

Soft,

White,

Almost luminous,

Wrapping the world in a hush of peace.

9.

Time slows down.

Your thoughts soften.

The coolness is no longer just outside of you,

The coolness moves within you.

Through your breath,

Your skin,

Your heart,

Circulating and bringing comfort,

Renewal,

And a sense of deep,

Quiet harmony within you.

That is very good.

Now imagine with every breath in,

You are drawing in a gentle cool mist,

Fresh,

Light,

And healing.

It swirls through your nose,

Flows down your throat.

And spreads across your chest,

Your arms,

Like a silk ribbon of relief.

With every exhale,

Your body releases any warmth,

Itchness,

Or irritation.

You don't need to force it,

It simply flows out,

Like steam rising and disappearing into the air.

That's right,

Just breathing in the coolness and breathing out the warmth.

In the cool and calm,

Soft and easy.

As you continue,

Notice a sense of balance returning.

Your skin beginning to feel more neutral,

Feel soothed and refreshed.

In this state of deep rest,

Your skin remembers how to heal.

Your cells remember how to breathe.

And your body remembers how to stay cool and easy.

How to protect you gently and wisely.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are cared for.

You can repeat quietly in your mind the following.

My body knows how to balance.

My skin knows how to heal.

I am surrounded by calm,

Wholing peace all the time.

My immune system knows that I am creative and empowered to set my personal boundary with others,

Set boundary with time.

With work and with the world,

I set clear personal boundaries that protect me and protect my loved ones.

The lesson my immune system,

My subconscious is trying to teach me will become more and more clear in the following days.

I will be empowered by this sense of peace and comfort to forgive,

To accept,

To set healthy boundaries,

To create and to experience.

That's very good.

Now,

Imagine above your head a soft blue light,

The color of glacier water pure and clear,

Softly,

Slowly begins to pour down over you like a gentle waterfall of comfort and cool.

Yes,

You are a cool person.

The light touches your forehead,

Cooling your temples,

Your cheeks and your lips.

It glides down to your neck and your shoulders,

Soothing the skin everywhere,

Flowing all the way down to your arms,

Through your fingertips.

Each place the light touches,

It brings you calm,

Moisture and ease.

It cools not just the skin,

But the emotions and feelings beneath it.

The worries,

The tension,

The heat of holding on can now be released.

This cooling light is not cold,

It's perfectly balanced.

It brings harmony to the surface of your body.

And as it continues to flow,

You can sense your skin breathing easier,

Your body remembering what comfort feels like.

Now,

Imagine that same blue light flowing gently inside your heart.

With every heartbeat,

It sends waves of cooling energy around you,

Inside of you,

Through your bloodstream,

Through your nerves,

Reaching every part of your body that needs healing and rest.

You might feel tingling or simply stillness.

You might sense your skin releasing ancient old tension,

Old memories,

Old reactions that no longer serves you,

That no longer you.

And your skin is listening.

Your skin is responding to calm.

And the calmer you become,

The cooler and more balanced your skin feels.

That is very good.

Now,

You can speak quietly to your subconscious mind.

I no longer need to feel the symptoms of this discomfort.

I'm letting go of any outdated beliefs that's no longer serving me.

As my skin and immune system continue to heal,

I will only feel the minor tingling at most.

And I know,

Soon,

All the symptoms from this old memory will be gone.

I'm thankful for the reminder and the lessons my body is teaching me.

I will remain humble and curious to learn and to improve my health.

That is very good.

Now,

Feel your subconscious mind slowly blossoming into a gentle smile.

The message is well received.

And now,

I'm going to be quiet for a moment,

For your mind and your heart to enjoy this calming embrace for as long as you want in the following few minutes.

When it's time,

You will hear a gentle chime,

And I will guide you back to the present.

In this moment,

I'm going to count from 1 to 5,

And with each number you hear,

You will begin to return,

Bringing with you this sense of cool comfort and peace.

Becoming aware of the breath again.

Feel a soft smile appearing and feel gratitude in your heart.

Feeling refreshed,

Light and soothed.

Gently moving your hands,

Your fingers,

Your shoulders and your toes.

When you are ready,

Can gently open your eyes and welcome yourself back to the present moment,

Feeling calm,

Balanced and cool inside out.

Take one more deep breath and continue to notice how your body is healing and restoring herself back to homeostasis and better health throughout the day.

And now you can enjoy your newborn skin thanks you for this moment of restful,
