Through meditation,
Our consciousness expands.
Our vision of reality becomes wider and more penetrating.
How do you meditate?
The fundamental ingredient is attention.
To meditate means to be aware of what is happening at every moment.
Therefore,
Attention,
Presence,
And awareness of the senses are the basis of meditation.
Meditation cleanses us of the conditioning that hurts us.
Meditation connects us with the truth.
Meditating is the art of doing nothing and achieving everything.
I encourage you to sit comfortably with your back straight and relaxed.
Close your eyes if you would like,
And try to connect with your breath.
Breathe in the sounds that come to you.
Experience their vibrations.
Pay attention to your internal physical sensations.
The beat of your heart.
The movements that your breathing generates.
Finally,
Open your eyes.
And slowly contemplate the colors and shapes in your surroundings.
Observe them with delicacy and curiosity.
Savor this way of being.
