Namaste,

Welcome to this meditation.

I am Lene Johnson and today's practice was created to help you find the confidence within you and unlock the path to your dreams,

Or perhaps uncover a path that is still unknown.

You may have wondered which direction to take in life,

But perhaps elements such as fear of failure or uncertainty have kept you from taking the first steps.

So I invite you to do some breathing and visualization exercises with me and reflect upon a new way to move forward.

Let's start by closing your eyes.

Bring attention to the rhythm of your breath and your heartbeat.

Feel your chest lifting slightly and relaxing with each breathing cycle.

Use this quiet moment to rest your body and mind.

Take a deep breath in and naturally release the air through your nose.

One more time.

Repeat this cycle as many times as you like until you feel your body's body relaxing and your mind focused on the present moment.

The noise of the everyday life fades away and you connect with what happens inside.

As you go deeper into relaxation,

I would like to invite you to an exploratory journey.

Visualize yourself in a world where there is no failure,

Judgment,

Insecurity and fears.

Let your imagination build this world without any resistance.

Allow yourself to be taken by this magical reality for a moment.

How is your life in this world?

Who have you become?

What qualities of yours are most visible?

If you have difficulty visualizing this reality,

Gently ask yourself,

What am I attached to?

What do I need to let go of to relax in this experience with ease?

You can even repeat to yourself,

I am safe here.

In front of me,

I can see taking shape without obstacles,

Whatever my heart desires.

As you relax into this new reality,

What do you feel from the moment you wake up,

Interact with the world and prepare for a restful night's sleep?

What emotions stand out?

Maybe it's freedom,

Joy,

Peace,

Fulfillment or maybe it's just a feeling of having a clear mind.

What is it like to live without worrying about people's opinions and just being yourself?

How does it feel to just watch fear,

Knowing that it doesn't have the power to overwhelm you?

What short-term goals can you see yourself achieving?

What about your deepest dreams,

Which of them can you see coming through?

See yourself taking one important action with confidence for this to happen.

What else is absolutely possible to happen?

Pay attention to how you serve others by leaving your life's purpose and they are grateful.

Notice which activities fulfill you.

What new habits can you see clearly?

Notice who is with you while you fulfill your dreams and how these people add to your wellbeing.

Now reflect for a moment what new ideas and perspectives did you need to transform to your own?

Take another deep breath and slowly come back to the physical world.

If you wish,

Gently open your eyes,

Take your time.

How do you feel after this experience?

If you haven't gained the clarity you were hoping for,

That's fine.

Repeat this practice as many times as necessary.

For me,

It was hard to see myself reaching my deepest goals and dreams at first.

I knew the dreams I wanted to fulfill in my personal and professional life,

But my insecurities and limiting beliefs kept me paralyzed.

I didn't know that I was the one who was setting limits to my success and happiness,

That I didn't have to choose between freedom and stability for example.

I had to keep reminding myself that I am the one that dictates the balance between my deepest desires.

Another element that paralyzed me was the fear of taking the first step without knowing what the next ones were.

It took me a long time to understand that as much as I have plans,

They need to be surrendered to the natural flow of life,

Because only life has the power to control the uncontrollable.

Trust that life will naturally present you each step along the way while you do your part.

The more knowledge you have about yourself and the essence of the dreams you want to fulfill,

The less room insecurity will have.

Allow the allies of your journey to reveal themselves with ease and grace.

So my dear,

With all that said,

Do you have any limiting beliefs keeping you from flying?

What are you afraid of that might go wrong?

You are human and making mistakes is absolutely natural.

Perhaps it is through these mistakes that you will learn what is necessary to move forward.

Manifest your desires internally first,

Use the power of visualization on a daily basis,

Even for 5 minutes,

And let your subconscious mind drive you to your destination one inspiring action at a time.

The confidence in me honors the confidence in you.
