It is time to forgive yourself.
Forgive yourself fully and completely now.

Letting go to any of those memories where you were unkind to yourself.
Let go of them.
It's okay.

Now begin to imagine one year in the future where you have made healthy choices every day.
One year from now where you have increased your exercise level slowly at first and then more intensely as the weeks and months pass by.
It is a whole year from now where you have stuck to your health regimen.
Notice what you look like in the future after all of these healthy choices made on a daily basis.
Can you sense how you feel in this future scenario?
Perhaps your body feels slimmer and looks fitter.
Maybe in this future scenario you are performing better in the gym or exercising daily.
Now fast forward 3 years from now on your weight loss journey.
How do you look then?
It has been 3 years of daily dedication to making healthy choices.
