One of the most amazing feelings of the human journey is calibration towards happiness. Many of us want to be happy – but cannot seem to get there. Today I will provide the insight to enable you to calibrate to happiness.

Hi,

This is Manal.

Welcome to How to Be Happy,

The 10-step manifesto.

Many people are looking for happy and just can't seem to find it.

Join me on a 10-step series of how to get to happy.

Step 1.

Create the intention to be happy.

Do not underestimate the power of intention.

Creating the intention to be happy invokes the desire to be happy and to put this a priority over any emotions,

Stories or thoughts.

Create the intention to be happy.

Step 2.

Happiness is attained through focus.

How do you focus?

Invoke the feeling of something you love.

A pet,

Nature,

A relationship,

Music,

It can be anything.

You have that practiced vibration.

Connect with it,

Focus and enjoy.

Step 3.

Happiness is a muscle.

Just as you go to the gym to develop your biceps and your triceps,

Your happiness muscle needs to be exercised.

Do this through intention and focus.

Until on demand,

You can call happiness.

Step 4.

Happiness is not conditional.

If you're waiting for circumstances to change to be happy,

You will never find happy.

Happy is by choosing to be happy with everything around you and not waiting for when,

Where or why.

Be happy now.

And speaking of now,

Step 5.

Happy is through living in the now.

Guilt and judgment means you're living in the past.

Stress anxiety means you're living in the future.

Happiness is present by being here now.

Use your five senses and that will help you stay present.

Breathing and meditation is also some fantastic tools to help you be in the now.

Step 6.

Recognize you are your life's purpose.

Many of us are going through life looking for purpose.

But in that search,

There's a judgment.

A judgment of your worth and a judgment in your belief in yourself.

Just by virtue of being here means that you have purpose.

You are your life's purpose.

You are worthy.

We are all worthy.

Celebrate yourself,

Celebrate your humanness and celebrate your amazing journey.

You are your life's purpose.

Step 7.

Honor your emotions.

Honor all your emotions.

This may sound counterintuitive.

How do you calibrate to happy by honoring your emotions?

Your emotions are a gift to calibrate to your authentic truth.

Use them wisely to calibrate to what your deepest desires may be.

Step 8.

Be compassionate with yourself.

Invoke your command center,

Your heart.

It took a lifetime of experiences for you to be where you are.

Honor the unfolding and the journey to recalibrate to your point of happiness.

And on that note,

Step 9.

Let go.

Let go of the concept of time.

It took you a lifetime to be where you are.

Enjoy the recalibration to happiness,

Freedom and worthiness by letting go of the concept of time and allowing everything to unfold at a time that is best for your highest good.

Step 10.

Surrender.

Surrender.

It doesn't matter what you call it.

Whether it is your inner being,

God,

The universe,

Source.

Surrender and have a trust,

A belief,

A knowing that you are supported by a higher meaning and your highest good will always unfold.

Happiness is synonymous with truth,

Freedom,

Worthiness,

Bliss,

Joy.

This is what the human experience is all about.

Aligning and experiencing all of these feelings.

Celebrate your journey,

Celebrate your humanness,

Celebrate you.

Relationships amplify us on this journey.

Share this with your family and friends so you can journey towards happiness together.
