Hi,

This is Minao.

Welcome to Invoking Your Inspired Life Meditation.

The intention of this meditation is to recognize how you may be pressuring life to happen a certain way through sheer force rather than allowing it to unfold from a place of harmony,

Ease and grace.

Many of us have been conditioned to expect life to be hard,

To have to work hard,

Or for it to be a struggle.

A struggle to make ends meet.

A struggle to be.

To have to just pay our dues for things to come from pure brute force.

However we all have stories where things have just lined up the way we want.

Perfectly.

Times that unfold to bring your desires with ease,

Flow and sheer delight.

Based on these experiences,

We know that it is possible to allow life to unfold from a place of inspiration by just letting go of effort and allowing our inspiration to guide us.

Through the premise of working from a place of inspiration,

It may seem difficult and effortful,

In reality,

Working from inspiration comes from a place of flow,

Ease,

Grace and truth.

Let us invoke life from a place of inspiration.

We will start with three grounding breaths.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Take a third and final deep breath in.

And release.

Wonderful.

At this point,

Become aware of your being.

We will scan your body for resistance.

Resistance in any form.

Emotions.

Aches.

Pains.

Tension.

Tightness.

We will start with your feet and slowly make our way up to the crown of your head.

Let us begin.

Connect with your feet.

Your calves.

Your thighs.

The base of your tailbone.

Scan your body in these areas for any resistance.

This is where we carry fear.

Connect.

See it.

Feel it.

Hear it.

And release.

Release all the resistance that you connected with.

Welcome a sense of belonging to these areas.

Let us move to above the pubic area.

Right below your belly button.

Connect with all resistance.

This is where we carry guilt.

Connect.

See it.

Feel it.

Hear it.

Wonderful and release all the resistance you connected with.

Welcome pleasure and worthiness of all pleasure.

Move your focus to your abdomen.

Connect with any resistance.

Wonderful.

This is where we carry self-doubt.

Connect.

See it.

Feel it.

Hear it.

And release all resistance that you are carrying in your abdomen.

Welcome your capability and your connection to your inner power.

Move your focus to your heart.

Connect with any resistance you are feeling in your heart.

This is where we carry sadness,

Anger,

Frustration.

Feel it.

Hear it.

See it.

And release.

Release all of this resistance.

Welcome your connection to your authentic self.

Shift your focus to your throat.

Connect with any and all resistance.

Here is where we carry a disconnection from our authentic self-expression.

Feel it.

See it.

Hear it.

And release all resistance.

Welcome the freedom to express your innate truth.

Shift to your forehead.

Connect.

Feel any and all resistance.

We carry here a resistance to illusion.

And release.

Welcome now your connection to insight,

Wisdom,

And inspiration.

And finally,

Shifting your attention to your crown,

The top of your head.

Connect with any and all resistance.

This is where we carry attachment to the physical.

See it.

Feel it.

Hear it.

And release all the resistance that you connected with.

Welcome your connection to pure universal truth and all knowing.

Wonderful.

At this point,

Surrender all of the resistance back to the universe.

If you feel unsure,

Trust that your intention will grant all that is for your highest good.

And release.

Release.

Release.

Take a deep breath in of harmony.

And release.

Take a deep breath in of ease.

And release.

Take a deep breath in of truth.

And release.

Take a deep breath in of inspiration.

And release.

At this point,

Create the intention to live life from a place of pure inspiration.

We will take a moment to create a personalized intention for your inspired life.

What would you like to manifest from a place of inspiration?

I will pause.

And now surrender this desire to the universe.

Celebrate your journey to allow it to manifest.

Many of these truths will integrate immediately.

And some may take the time that is best for your highest good.

Be compassionate as your body,

Emotions,

Mind and soul recalibrate to invoke a life of pure inspiration.
