Find yourself in a comfortable seated or laying position grabbing for a pillow or a blanket for extra comfort knowing you are about to take the next few moments to yourself,

Releasing,

Letting go,

And inviting new energy in and around you.

If you'd like,

Close your eyes,

Soften your shoulders,

Let the hips ground,

Lengthening through the sides of your neck,

Begin to release your jaw,

Facial muscles,

Finding your sense of solitude,

Belly is soft,

As you find your breath moving in and out of your body,

Feel the flow,

Recognize that flow,

And embrace it.

So much of our internal struggle comes from not embracing change.

Our attention decreases when we understand that change is happening at every level.

From the anatomic to the biological to the mental,

A human being is composed of moving parts.

Our identity is no different,

It is a dynamic phenomenon similar to a river flowing,

Moving,

Expanding,

Roaring,

Leaving all the time with power and all the time with the potential to change.

Do not limit yourself to a static understanding of who you are.

Release your conditioned boundaries and be free.

Release your conditioned boundaries and be free.

Take your time as you slowly come back into your awareness,

Back into reality,

And you're ready to open your eyes to a bigger picture,

To a bigger reality,

And more possibilities.
