The word forgive can be understood as letting something go far away from you. Explore the possibility of releasing hurt or anger towards someone in your life. There's no obligation to forgive. Rather a practice to experience. First creating space for the difficult emotions that are present for you. Since it's difficult to truly forgive if we are busy trying not to feel the protest that is there. Then exploring: how would it be to release the emotions, the burden? I'm doing the meditation along with you and I'll share my experiences.
