Welcome to this beautifully sacred inner child healing meditation.
Come on a journey with me to connect back in to your inner child to receive the messages from your subconscious and to tap in to the energy of your younger self to heal to observe and to release any blockages that may be holding you back in this present moment.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose feeling your stomach expanding all the way out,
Just rising,
Eyes closed down,
Lowering your gaze,
Holding at the top for a moment and exhaling out all the way nice and slow,
Releasing and letting go of the breath,
Sinking deeper and deeper into this present moment.

Holding at the top for a moment and exhaling out nice and slow for a count of 6,

In your own time,
Let's set the intention to journey back,
To receive the guidance that will help us on our journey and to send love and gratitude to our younger self.
Now I invite you to come on a journey with me,
Imagine you are in your happy place,
You are safe,
Relaxed,
Content,
There is no rush or responsibility here,
You are calm,
Rested and content.
As you look ahead you see a child running up to you,
Full of joy,
They are laughing and excited to see you,
Filled with so much energy,
You realise that this child is your younger self and you are so excited to embrace them.
How old are you right here in this moment?
What feeling is coming up for you now?
Do not rush to judgement,
Observe,
Be honest and more invulnerable.
As you look into the big bright eyes of your child self,
What is the first thing that you would like to say to him or her?
Feel the emotion,
Witness it but do not become it,
It could be a sentence or just one word.
As you are embracing your child self nice and tight and lovingly,
Know that they are protected.
Give yourself this time now to send the love to your child self,
Hold your child self and share this beautiful moment together.
Allow the words to percolate in your mind as they come,
Feel into the feelings,
The past memories as openly as possible.
And if you get your breath here,
Evenly and gently in and evenly and gently out,
Nice and slow as the emotions begin to feel heavy,
Come back to your breath,
Practice releasing and letting go,
Allowing the emotions to flow in and out.
Asking your child self,
What can I do more of to show you love,
To acknowledge you,
To give you space,
To give you life.
How can I honour you with unconditional love?
Once you are ready,
Give your child self one big loving hug before you say your goodbye.
Remember this moment that you shared together today is a moment that you can call upon at any time for comfort in your day to day.
As you take another deep cleansing breath in,
If you feel the pull,
Place a hand on your heart and repeat after me.
I am rising above past hurt,
Pain,
Grief,
Trauma,
Discomfort,
Attachment and distress.
I am proud of who I am today.
I am strong and I am capable.
I am loved beyond belief.
Take one last deep cleansing breath in and exhale out,
Coming back into your body and the room that you are in,
Wiggling some fingers and toes and opening your eyes when you are ready.
