A warm welcome to this Balancing Energy Meditation for the month of July 2025.
And we start by taking a few deep breaths.
Then imagine that where you are sitting or lying down that there is a pillar of red healing earth energy.
And it's coming from Mother Earth moving up through you.
Around you.
Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light.
A universal energy that is coming from above.
And it's going down through you.
Around you.
Covering your body inside and out.
And continuing down into Mother Earth.
And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.
And we take another deep breath.
And if you like you can set your intention for this to be a peaceful and relaxing journey.
Allow your mind to become still,
Quiet.
Allow your breath to slow down.
Become deeper,
Longer.
Maybe you feel your heartbeat becoming slower.
And there is nothing you have to do right now and nothing you have to achieve.
So know where you need to be.
And if you like you can just observe your breath moving in and out of your body.
Allowing it to go all the way to the depth of your stomach.
And out again.
And if you still feel tense or there are thoughts swirling around,
Don't worry.
Don't focus on it.
Just allow it to move through you like a cloud in the sky.
While you focus on your breath.
Then imagine that you are standing next to some water at the beach.
And it's a beautiful day.
And it's a lovely blue water,
Clear.
With some shimmer from the sunlight on the surface in front of you.
You're standing maybe with your feet just by the edge of the water.
Feeling that soft,
Clear water moving over your feet.
And back out again.
And it's a lovely day and you are just enjoying being here.
And it could be a place you know or just let whatever comes up for you be the image right now.
And as we are standing here your breath is starting to synchronize with the pace of the waves as they are moving over your feet and back.
And you are safe.
You're held by Mother Earth.
And there's a bright beautiful sun above you.
Warming your body,
The water where you are,
The land.
And we're just staying here,
Taking it all in.
The air,
The earth,
The water,
The fire from the sun.
Letting the elements melt into the beautiful,
Beautiful balance within you,
Around you.
When you're standing here maybe you feel like moving further out into the water.
Going for a swim or maybe you just like to lay down on the ground.
There are no right or wrongs.
This is your journey.
And the energy here is just letting you balance your energy,
The elements,
Your jinn,
And yang energy or male and female.
Balance your grounding energy with the connection to the universe.
And the more aligned you become,
The lighter you might feel in your body.
And again there is nothing you need to do but enjoy this moment.
Take in the energy and let it move through you.
And we take another deep breath.
And if there are any situation in your daily life where you would like to have a balanced mind,
Mindset,
Or emotions around,
Then you can add that situation into the water or up in the air,
Or lay it on the ground.
Or send it into the sun,
Whatever feels right for you.
And let that energy around that situation,
Or maybe it's a thought pattern,
To align with this balanced and harmonized energy.
Taking in the elements,
Mother Earth and Father Universe,
And your jinn and yang.
Just allow it to transform into what is for your highest good right now without trying to control or force anything.
And maybe you see or feel or get anything straight away,
Or maybe it will arrive when the moment is right for you.
So all you have to do now is just release it and just continue to relax.
And we take another deep breath.
And then you can start to come back into your body,
Into the space where you started.
And we give thanks to Mother Earth and Father Universe and the higher self for joining us today.
And you can start to come fully back.
Start to move your hands,
Your feet,
Your neck.
Maybe clap your hands,
Stamp your feet,
Do a little dance.
