Hello dear souls,

Thank you for joining me for this meditation.

Let's start off by becoming aware of the body.

Notice where you are sitting or lying down.

Just check in,

Check in with the body,

See how it's doing.

Are there any parts of your body that are asking for love?

Perhaps there's some tension.

We feel the need to adjust to your position.

Move your body and become comfortable.

Try to give a little love to those parts of the body that are not quite at peace.

You have attained it to the physical body and you've settled in your position.

Start getting the breathing nice and deep and trying to access that heart space of ours.

Breathing deeply.

Holding it for a few seconds.

Releasing fully.

Notice the difference in sensation when you're breathing in.

Holding that breath and releasing.

Deeply just notice what happens in your body Tittle into that rhythm feel that cool air moving into your body that excited tightness as you hold it and blissful release notice what happens in your body with this focus on the breath are you still aware of the parts of your body that were looking for love or were uncomfortable just notice there is no right or wrong in this moment or you feel your thoughts drifting away to other things realign with the breath sighing with a deep embrace feeling that cool air holding it around releasing feeling the warm air rushing out of your body notice that relaxation that sigh of relief that your body gives when you release that breath after you helped him focus on that feeling imagine that feeling spreading to all parts of your body each in breath pulling in that blissful light of life force and with the outbreath spreading that relaxation and let's imagine that as you're breathing in you're breathing in golden golden lights through the top of your head see that light moving all the way into your heart space when you hold that breath just a little bit imagine that glow pulsing expanding in your heart ready to be released into the body with the outbreak see it spread out through all parts of your body and out your heels into the earth grounding you focus on that light and focus on the movement and keep breathing in at your own pace that feels right for you along with that lights feel the heat feel the warmth that comes with that light a more loving presence that enters your body through the top of your head as your crown through your head through your throat and into your chest loving glow passing waiting to be experienced throughout your body seeing that moving out to your solar plexus sacral chakra rich chakra and out into the earth to the souls of your feet you have a sense of that warmth and that pulsing energy in your heart focus on that space imagine that you are inside of that pulsing light within your heart you are being held lovingly by warm safe hands rest there a moment completely safe surrounded by love nourished by the very essence of life do you acknowledge that this very core of your being is safe and loved notice how you feel when you believe that statement is i'm safe i'm loved what sensations do you feel in your body when that truth resonates throughout it and when you are there in your heart space surrounded by this loving light notice who's there with you notice the feeling of being held and notice the hands that are holding you do you feel that comforting waves as you're being held and supported along with that warmth and that loving energy you also feel a deep sense of peace and acceptance a little bit of a smile as well some humor you are a perfect being that is absolutely safe and loved and cherished and every nuance of your personality your actions your life path are perfect just as they are so appreciate yourself there in that moment look at yourself fully see the beauty of this love that is in your heart and that is with you at all times see how that beautiful love extends to every part of your being from your physical body to your spirits you are beautiful dear one so this journey is just as it was meant to be be gentle and kind with yourself you haven't made any mistakes you are you and you will always be just that perfect you you can't be any other than yourself when life gets difficult you can go into this place in your heart and access this core loving part of yourself that is supported and held lovingly this is not something that you can force that's something that you can access by surrendering surrendering to the breath surrendering to life this calm peaceful part of you cannot be changed you cannot be disturbed by any forces external this part of you is your constant companion your protector your lover your guide if you take some time during the day to access this part of you grounding your energy feeling that love seeing that light and noticing which parts of your physical body are in need of a little love every day will start feeling easier and no matter what happens you will be less shaken miles and easier able to return to this state of calm and to have this connection with your very being doesn't that feel amazing sit there for a moment just enjoying that blissful surrender enjoying the company of that most sacred part of yourself you might even want to ask if they have a message for you maybe you'll see a certain color or an image maybe you'll hear a word just trust whatever comes your way and if they have nothing to say right now that is also perfectly perfectly fine just feel that presence feel that love so as we return to the physical body don't worry about feeling any sense of loss or having to say goodbye that part of you is not going anywhere we'll be back you are loved unconditionally slowly start becoming aware of how you are sitting or lying start feeling your feet and your tires wriggling them a lot of times notice your heels ankles calves knees eyes no hips stomach so reflexes your chest your fingers and your hands and start moving those fingers notice your wrists forearms elbows upper arms shoulders move your shoulders a little bit and release some of that residual tension with the neck jaw chin mouth tongue if you're swung around with those lovely cheeks of yours with a smile curving slightly upward eyes eyes eyebrows heart scalp back of the head your ears so notice your whole body you feel that deep gratitude and warmth all this presence and this process that you followed and when you feel me open your eyes take this experience with you it's your day as you go to bed thank you dear souls
