For this meditation,
I would recommend sitting,
If you can.
You can sit in a chair,
Or if you have a meditation cushion or stool,
You can settle down comfortably in it.
If you find that you can't sit,
You can lie down,
Arms to your sides.
Try to ensure that your spine is straight and your body resting its weight in a centered and easy way.
Connected to Father Sky through the crown and to Mother Earth through the base of your spine,
Your legs and your feet.
And you,
In the center,
In the middle,
Between the sky and the earth.
Their child held in their loving embrace.
You may begin with your eyes open,
Taking in everything that's around you.
The space that is holding space for you now.
When you feel ready,
Feel free to soften and relax your gaze until you close your eyes.
Notice what your eyes perceive through your eyelids.
The light,
Tones,
Patterns.
Now,
Become aware of any sounds around you or in the distance.
How you perceive them and how they are felt by you within.
Notice any smells in the air or simply the air coming in and out of you.
Being aware of your breathing without judging it or controlling it.
Simply and easily allowing it to be.
It feels so relaxing to allow.
So loving.
Become aware of your body and its sensations.
Your body is amazing,
Allowing you to do so many things and enjoy your human experience.
Notice the sensations of it resting now against its support as you continue to breathe in and out.
As you breathe in,
Allow for a beautiful caressing energy of love to come in.
And as you breathe out,
This love suffuses your whole body.
Gently,
Breath by breath,
You bring in love and bathe your body in love.
Deeper and deeper.
As you breathe in love,
Bring your attention to your head and allow for this beautiful love to permeate all your head and face.
Blessing every cell and tissue.
There's a joy being created in this loving communion.
Can you feel it?
Inviting being in joy and playfulness.
Your brain is bathed in love.
All your head and face muscles are as well as this medium of love expands and is almost tangible.
Bathing your cells and tissues,
Your nerves and soft parts.
Continue breathing love into your shoulders and upper back,
Your chest,
Centered in the breath.
Peaceful.
Noticing the sensations in this area as it receives love,
As it breathes love.
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Your spine,
All your structure.
When you're ready,
Bring your belly and abdomen into your awareness.
Breathing love into this area as well.
Noticing how it changes with this.
Inviting it into this experience of joy and love.
So nourishing,
So beautiful.
Now allow yourself to travel to your legs,
Your knees and your feet that connect you with the earth as you live your life.
Allow the love that you breathe in to stream into your legs and feet like a gentle current.
Imagine this current flowing from the top of your head to the tips of your toes as you breathe.
When you feel ready,
You can breathe love a few more times in your whole body and then let yourself rest in this loving space for a moment.
Feel the love in your body.
And whenever you feel ready,
Gently repeat,
I am love.
Allowing yourself to feel the effect in your body,
In your mind,
In your being.
I am love.
You may say it out loud or if you prefer,
Relax it into a whisper or even a silent repetition.
Whatever feels best and most comfortable to you.

As you gently breathe in and out,
Vibrating and resonating,
Dancing with the love that you are.

Notice the lightness of love.
The air coming in,
Lovingly refreshing you and bringing you life's energy and light and returning your breath to the earth and life.
Bring your awareness gently to the sounds around you,
Connecting you with life outside of you,
Even as you're basking in love.
All is being one in love.
Notice your body,
How it feels now,
Its state.
Very gently and lovingly allow yourself to come back to your body.
You can slowly open your eyes,
Returning to this space.
Moving,
If this feels good.
Maybe stretching or yawning.
Feeling your body through your movements and allowing yourself to feel this beautiful love in your body,
In your mind and in your soul.
