Snippets of Wisdom.
Where to get advice.
Where do you get advice?
Do you go to a dear friend?
Do you ask for guidance from a trusted coach or mentor?
Do you ask the gurus what should you do?
When you ask for advice from someone and followed it,
How did it turn out?
Sometimes good,
Sometimes not so good,
And you wondered why you even asked for their advice?
I liked this quote from Abraham Hicks.
Let me share it with you.
Stop listening to the peanut gallery that's all around you and stop asking for their advice because they are not giving you very good advice.
They mean well,
But they are really off track.
Your intuition is better than you've been giving yourself credit for.
Wow,
It's not that people we are asking are trying to misdirect us.
It's just that they are advising us through the filter of their perspective and what they want,
So they are way off track for the advice we need.
They don't mean to harm us,
But they cannot really know what's best for us.
Our inner beings,
Our intuition on the other hand,
Is the only source that knows us intimately.
Our intuition knows our desires,
Beliefs,
And what is for our highest good.
There is only pure love when we access our intuition's advice.
Maybe it's time to make everyone else's opinion or advice irrelevant in our decision-making.
The absolutely perfect advice only comes from our inner being,
Our intuition.
We just haven't been giving ourselves credit for our valuable and wise intuition.
We've been second-guessing ourselves.
We doubt and worry that maybe we'll make a mistake.
Guess what?
We cannot make a mistake because we can always course-correct.
We can't make mistakes because we can always make a new decision.
When we begin to listen more carefully to our intuition and follow the quiet little impulses to go here,
To do this,
Or to talk with that one,
We will reap the benefit of following the guidance of our intuition.
And then we may say,
Wow!
That was quite a coincidence!
It was no coincidence that a good thing happened when we followed our intuition.
It's a cooperative incident.
We followed our intuitive nudge,
Did the thing,
And co-created with our inner being.
The more we do that and follow the inspiration we receive from our intuition,
The more opportunities open before us.
Get more advice from your trustworthy intuition.
Develop a relationship with your intuition by committing to a daily practice of meditation,
Prayer,
And listening to inspiring talks.
We'll see you tomorrow.
Big hugs,
Marianne.
