Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment,

Take another sip,

And slowly exhale.

Feel the rhythm of your breath,

Steady,

Constant,

Always present.

Take another deep breath in,

This time breathing in clarity and focus,

And exhale,

Releasing distractions and overwhelm.

Now bring your awareness to the steady beat of your heart.

Feel its presence beneath your palm,

Strong,

Unwavering,

Always bringing you into this present moment.

Repeat just this.

Let everything else fade away.

Right now,

There is nothing but just this heartbeat.

Feel the shift when you focus all your energy on just this.

Now ask yourself,

How might I focus on just this throughout today?

Maybe it's just this conversation,

Just this email,

Just this drive,

Just this hug.

Remind yourself that you can lovingly close down the racing to-do list energy and anchor in just this over and over and over again.

Just this.

Take one final deep breath in,

Allowing this clarity to settle within you,

And exhale,

Feeling centered and ready to slow down to get ahead.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of intentional focus into your day,

One thing at a time,

Just this.
