Welcome,

My friend.

Gently place your hands on your thighs,

Palms down,

Feeling the solid connection of your body to the earth.

With your eyes closed or softly gazing down,

Begin to sense the steady support beneath you,

The seat,

The ground,

The floor.

Allow your spine to lengthen ever so slightly,

As if growing taller with each breath.

Take a slow,

Steady inhale through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth with a gentle sigh.

Feel a wave of grounded stability move through you,

Reminding you that you are supported,

Held,

And capable.

Now I invite you to bring to mind a moment when you felt truly alive in your purpose,

A day where your values guided your choices,

And you felt proud and productive,

Satisfied at the soul level.

Notice what lit you up,

What brought meaning,

What made you feel that deep satisfaction of living true to yourself.

And what might you choose today to reignite that feeling,

To activate your values with clear intention?

See yourself stepping into today,

Choosing with awareness,

Moving with purpose,

And honoring what matters most.

Feel that energy of purpose,

Pride,

And productivity expanding through your heart,

Ready to ripple outwards.

On your next in-breath,

Bringing a hand to your heart space,

Silently repeat to yourself,

Every day is filled with purpose,

Pride,

And productivity when my values are activated.

Let those words sink into every cell of your being,

Creating a steady,

Meaningful foundation.

Taking one final deep inhale,

Breathing in intention and strength,

And slowly exhale,

Releasing any hesitation.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of purposeful activation with you into your day.
