Welcome and know that I so appreciate you choosing to meditate with me.
In our meditation practice today we will be focusing on roses,
The blossoming of a rose.
As a rose is a symbol of love and the opening of a rose is the awakening from within.
This meditation has been divinely inspired to open our hearts as we connect with ancient wisdom and we will invite in Mother Mary and Kuan Yin and Isis as these sacred women embody divine love and grace.
Always living in light and love,
This sacred meditation will amplify more joy,
More contentment and more bliss in your life.
So I invite you now to get really comfortable closing your eyes softly and begin to take some long slow deep breaths to become fully present right here right now.
Relaxing your lips and inhale light and with your exhale exhale any heaviness.
Feel your body connecting to the earth and imagine roots growing down from your spine into the core of the earth.
Connecting to Mother Earth and as you breathe gently connect with her elements water,
Air and fire,
The ether.
Asking these elements as part of the earth to remind you of the sacredness and connection to your own body.
Where the water resonates with all the water that you carry within your body.
The air flowing through your lungs.
Electricity in your nervous system.
Fire and passion.
Just be open to the connection of Mother Earth.
Feel the nourishment of the earth rising up through your body and feel grounded,
Stable and strong.
Bring your awareness now to your heart and picture a rose still tight and drawn into a bud.
Every time you exhale feel the rose opening.
Imagine the petals of a rose slowly open.
As the petals open simply let go.
Surrender and feel any physical tension release.
Any emotional and energetic tension dissolve with every breath.
The unfurling of the rose melts away tension releasing anything that no longer serves you.
The rose has blossomed and feel love expanding within you.
Inhaling light and send love to everyone in the world.
Visualize light rising from your heart upward and through your crown.
And we will connect to the energy of Mother Mary.
To the energy of Kuan Yin.
And to the energy of Isis.
Connecting to the angels and to the stars.
Connecting to divine source.
So imagine in your mind inviting in the presence and the energy of these sacred women asking in your heart for their presence and their love.
Now start to imagine the scent of rose as these women share the fragrance of rose oil directly with you.
Breathe gently absorbing the fragrance.
Know that you are being held in divine love and feel the energy of love moving through you like a sacred dance.
A sacred union within yourself.
Feel the movement.
You are spirit.
You are matter.
And you are divine.
You are opening,
Allowing this sacred fusion of your own essence with your sacred body.
And feel this movement.
This sacred dance.
An aliveness within.
Beloved ones,
We are remembering as we connect to the divine and connecting to Mother Mary's beautiful loving energy.
Connecting with Kuan Yin's compassion.
And connecting with Isis as she builds us up with her love and her light.
All of these frequencies,
This energy is helping you to remember who you truly are.
Remembering who you have always been.
We are coming together in a field and here we are together in the field as one like a sacred union.
Feel the power of this experience.
You are remembering the power of coming together.
Of holding a field.
Of holding light.
The flame is alive within all of us.
You are so dearly loved and supported.
Breathing gently and take a moment to honor yourself for this gift you are receiving.
For this experience.
For this experience of the lineage of the rose.
Of the women who carry the light and love and the blossoming of the rose right inside their hearts.
Feel that you are entering a sacred ancient temple.
And you are so welcome here.
Come and feel the celebration.
The ceremony that the women have prepared to receive you.
To welcome you.
Feeling their presence.
And they feel so honored to receive you.
In fact,
They were waiting for you.
You are now surrounded by roses.
By beauty.
Softness.
Sacredness.
And this beauty and sacredness is reflecting right back to you.
Reflecting back to you a recognition of who you are.
So you are being invited for this ceremony.
For this experience.
And there is a stillness.
A profound stillness right now deep inside of you.
You are being prepared to receive a blessing.
To be anointed with the elixir of divine love.
Taking another deep breath and let their energy,
Their presence love you deeply.
Imagine a beautiful woman coming to you holding the most exquisite beautiful elixir of divine love.
She is gently pouring a drop of this sacred rose oil into your crown chakra.
Right above your head.
Anointing you in a spiraling movement.
Helping you to open.
To receive directly from the galaxy of the divine.
Now she moves into your third eye right between your eyebrows.
Pouring another drop of this sacred elixir of divine love there.
And there's nothing for you to do.
Just receive.
Now she moves into your throat.
Entering your throat another drop of the elixir here in a spiral.
You can take a deep breath to relieve any tension that you may feel in your throat.
We are now reclaiming the truth.
Restoring our divine voice.
Our divine expression.
Now she simply moves down touching your heart center.
Another drop of the elixir.
Feel the movement of the galaxy.
Feel your heart center.
Your sacred heart expanding.
Unlocking a sacred portal to ancient and sacred mysteries.
A gateway.
A sacred gateway to your own divine essence.
You may feel the elixir moving through your body as a living frequency of the divine.
Opening your channels.
Opening your sacred body to a new level of remembrance.
You are a living temple.
You are love.
Compassion.
Joy.
You spread your light with every breath.
You are so loved and honored for who you are.
For who you have always been.
And in this sacred ceremony you are gifted with the roses so that you can remember this sacred ceremony.
You remember the rose as a symbol.
A reminder of your own essence,
Of your love,
Your grace,
Your beauty,
Your sacredness.
Beloved ones,
It is time to cultivate sacredness.
The sacred in your daily life.
Live your life the sacred experience and be your own master with devotion.
Let the rose,
Let the elixir of divine love be a gentle reminder of your truth that you are so loved and blessed.
You are held by divine love of these sacred women,
Of the angels,
The stars above,
And the rose.
So whisper your prayers to them.
Whispering all your prayers.
And all the angels cry.
Holy.
All creation cries.
Holy.
As the angels cry,
Your prayers have been lifted high to source,
To the divine,
Embraced with love and light.
And so now,
Beloved ones,
Very slowly and gently bring your awareness back into your body.
Into your sacred body.
Feeling your divine presence.
Your divine essence.
Feeling the sacredness of your body and feel the magic that you are.
Recognizing who you are and let your mind engage with this love and grace.
Let your nervous system feel this safety.
Feeling the joy of being you.
Taking a deep breath and feel your feet touching the ground.
Connecting again with Mother Earth and feel her love as she embraces you.
Helping you to remember that she's always there for you.
There to hold you and sustain you.
Feel your roots moving down,
Spreading deep inside of Mother Earth.
Feeling safe and grounded.
Feeling really present,
Stable in your body so that you can anchor deeply everything that you have received into this physical reality.
Feel yourself present in your body.
And I want to invite you to do this meditation again and again to remind yourself of your beauty.
Your love and light.
Your essence as part of the lineage of the rose.
Taking another deep breath as you begin to move your body.
And when it's comfortable for you,
You can gently open your eyes.
