Welcome.

This meditation is for you as you grieve the loss of your loved one,

Holding you in love and light and helping you find peace and comfort.

I will play my crystal healing bowls as you get really comfortable and gently close your eyes.

Starting to take some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Breathing in and exhale gently.

With every breath,

Letting your body soften.

With every exhale,

Imagine releasing some of the heaviness you are carrying and relaxing more and more the grief of your loss.

Now picture yourself barefoot on the earth.

Beneath you,

The ground is steady.

It's holding you in your heartache,

Helping you shed your grief.

You are saying quietly to yourself,

I am safe.

I am supported.

Thinking about your loved one that you are missing.

And let yourself feel whatever comes up.

Let your tears wash you clean from the loss of someone that was so near and dear to you.

And breathing into it,

Knowing it's okay to feel.

And saying gently to yourself,

It hurts because I care.

And caring is a gift of my heart.

Now imagine a soft golden light wrapping around your heart.

This light carries comfort,

Warmth,

And light.

With every inhale,

The light grows stronger.

With every exhale,

It's soothing the ache.

The light growing strong around your heart,

Healing your heart,

Soothing your sadness,

Your pain,

Acknowledging your grief.

I will feel your presence when I think of you.

As love is forever,

It's everlasting.

See yourself surrounded by kind,

Gentle souls.

Some you know.

Some you have yet to meet.

Feel the possibility of more love finding its way to you.

Because you are so worthy of love.

And your heart feels so deeply.

Taking a few more deep breaths in and out.

Carrying with you the reminder that you are never truly alone.

Love is always around you,

Within you,

And waiting to meet you again.

Relax into this knowing.

Know that you are loved.

Gently move your fingers and toes.

And when it's comfortable for you,

I appreciate you so very much.

And I wish you so much peace and comfort.
