Find a quiet space where you can arrive for the next 5 or 6 minutes,
Closing your eyes if that's comfortable,
Allowing your shoulders to drop,
Letting your belly expand,
Loosening your jaw,
Taking a few breaths,
Allowing yourself to be in this place of the in-between.
You don't have to figure everything out.
It's a beautiful space to be in the midst of the unknown.
You're allowed to be exactly where you are.
You are in the right place.
There is no mistake.
You are in a liminal threshold.
Allow yourself to feel supported.
Allow yourself to feel held.
Imagine that although you may not know the next step,
You will always be guided.
Like a flower,
Your petals are opening.
You are blossoming.
You are becoming.
It's okay not to know.
And it's okay to rest.
It's okay to explore.
It's okay to doubt.
In this moment,
Trust.
Trust what's invisible.
Trust your inner knowing.
Trust the anchor inside of you.
Trust the inner compass.
Notice how your breath naturally breathes in and out.
It just arrives and leaves without effort or force.
Notice how nature never rushes.
Everything is on time.
You are on time.
You are not behind.
Your life continues to beckon you forward.
There is always momentum.
There is always change.
What is your truth?
Deep down,
You know.
Allow yourself to be in the space of knowing and not knowing.
Continue to breathe here in the liminal,
In the unknown,
Bringing a smile to your face,
Trusting how good it feels to not have certainty.
How good it feels to allow the magic and synchronicities of the world to present themselves to you.
Allow the right teachers,
The messages,
The songs,
Experiences to all be in perfect alignment to where you're going.
Allow yourself to be in the messy,
Uncomfortable part of you that feels like a failure.
Allow yourself to feel some compassion and grace.
It's okay to be in uncertainty.
It's a beautiful place to be.
And when you're ready,
Taking a deep breath and letting it go.
Knowing you're exactly where you need to be.
Wiggling your fingers,
Feeling your feet,
Slowly looking around the room you're in,
Taking in the colors,
The shapes,
Taking in the sounds,
Noticing how it feels to be in your body,
Noticing how it feels to be in this chapter of your life,
Imagining that one day you'll look back and thank yourself and you'll be so proud of yourself for navigating this beautiful,
Messy chapter.
Come back gently and just know that you can return to the space whenever you need to.
You're always supported.
Thank you.
