Welcome.

Take a moment to settle into stillness,

Allowing your body to land wherever it is with a sense of ease.

Begin by taking a slow inhale through the nose and a long,

Unhurried exhale through the mouth.

Let the breath soften the space around you.

Feel the weight of your body supported completely.

There is nothing you need to hold up,

Nothing you need to prepare for.

This is a moment for you.

Bring one hand to your belly if that feels comfortable.

Feel the soft rise and fall beneath your palm,

A reminder that your breath is always here to guide you back home to yourself.

With your next inhale,

Imagine a warm,

Gentle light glowing in the center of your abdomen,

A light that soothes digestion,

Releases pressure,

And invites spaciousness.

As you exhale,

Let the warmth flow into your low back,

Unraveling any tightness or strain you've been carrying.

Inhale,

Letting the warmth expand the ribs.

Exhale,

Letting the chest soften as the heart becomes a little lighter,

A little freer.

Allow your breath to find a natural rhythm,

Steady,

Effortless,

Like a tide moving in and out.

With each inhale,

Invite in calm.

With each exhale,

Release anything that feels heavy,

Rushed,

Or leftover from the day.

There is nowhere to be,

No expectations,

Just this quiet moment of being held by your own breath.

If the mind begins to wander,

Gently guide it back to the soft rise of the belly,

Back to the warm glow at your center,

A place of comfort,

Safety,

And ease.

Feel the body becoming a little heavier now,

The jaw unclenching,

The shoulders melting downward,

The space behind the eyes quieting.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And imagine that warm light expanding through your entire torso,

Chest,

Heart,

Bringing a sense of balance and harmony.

Exhale fully,

Letting your whole body settle into stillness.

In these final moments,

Offer yourself a simple affirmation,

Repeating silently or aloud,

I allow myself to rest.

I allow myself to soften.

I am supported.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing inhale,

And a soft,

Complete exhale.

When you're ready,

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm,

And gently begin your transition back into the space around you.
