Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

Let your spine lengthen and your shoulders drop away from your ears.

Take a slow breath in and a slow breath out.

Begin by noticing where you're holding tension.

No need to change anything.

Just notice.

Bring your awareness to your forehead.

Soften the space between your eyebrows.

Relax the tiny muscles around your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your jaw.

Unclench your teeth.

Let your tongue rest away from the roof of your mouth.

Bring awareness to your shoulders.

Let them fall gently down your back.

Now,

Imagine that your inhale gathers tension from the body and your exhale melts it away.

Inhale,

Gather.

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale,

Gather.

Exhale,

Soften.

Let your breath flow naturally as you rest in this softness for a few more moments.

Take one more deep inhale.

A slow exhale and gently return.
