This meditation will help you to cope with reason of such condition, release your mind from restless thoughts and concentrate on healing vibrations of acceptance and purification. Thank to this practice, you will be able to concentrate on your inner energy, live through a complicated life situation and forward your resources to achieve the goals set, as well as to get back to your routine rhythm of life, achieve harmony, slow down for a bit and you’re your attention to your inner Self, your power. Repeat it every time you feel it necessary.

Which brings even more anxiety,

Which brings another bad dream and so on.

This meditation will help you to cope with the reason of such condition,

Release your mind from restless thoughts and concentrate on healing vibrations of acceptance and purification.

According to this practice you will be able to concentrate on your inner energy,

Live through a complicated life situation and forward your resources to achieve the goals set as well as to get back to your routine rhythm of life,

Achieve harmony,

Slow down for a bit and your real attention to your inner self,

Your power.

Repeat it every time you feel it necessary.

Hello to you my dear friend.

Take a comfortable position on the floor,

On a pillow or on a chair.

Put your arms and legs in the way you like.

Give a stretch to your spine as if a tight wire is tightened from its foundation up to your top and so on up to the ceiling.

During this practice it's important to keep your back straightened and your shoulders spread.

It will facilitate a full movement of an energy stream through you.

To enhance it,

Bend your tongue inside by pushing it to the upper palate.

In order to completely relax your body and mind,

We will make some respiration cycles.

Take a deep breath,

Feeling the tranquility filling you and the exhale brings away all your tension.

Inhaling brings a sense of bliss and relaxation and exhaling brings you freedom,

Purification.

And once more,

Breathe in with harmony and balance,

Breathe out with flight and deep.

Keep on breathing evenly and calmly in a rhythm which is comfortable for you.

The thoughts coming to your mind like the leaves falling down in autumn fleet past your inner sight.

Let them just be,

Don't get involved in their maelstrom,

Keep calm and watch them come and go.

For this is the nature of thoughts,

To appear and disappear.

Just keep breathing.

In order to enter the very pleasant and useful state of relaxation at alpha level,

I will count from 10 to 1 and you will imagine you are walking over the corridor and each number is a door opening before you.

Feel that every door hides a new opportunity.

We passed 3 doors,

You relax more and deeper,

And now you are opening the last door and feel the fresh ocean air rushing on you.

You found yourself on an azure coast beach.

Warm golden sand tenderly burns your feet.

You can barely hear the waves cresting and going back.

The sun blinds you and makes you squint your eyes a bit.

The squawking seagulls complete the picture.

There is no one around,

Just palms,

Sand and endless watery waste.

You go to one of the palms and sit down in its shade.

Complete relaxation in all your body.

There is only you and your breathing.

Each cresting wave bring you the sense of calm,

The one crawling away takes your unrest with it.

They bring confidence and take away dismay.

They bring harmony and take away your doubts and ruminations.

And now,

When you are completely relaxed,

Both physically and mentally,

Think about the event that makes you nervous and anxious most of all.

See it before you,

Like on a huge screen which is about 2 meters away from you and a bit higher than your eyes level.

Experience the sense of displeasure with this situation,

All the pain and grief it brings you and your dearest ones.

Now enhance the state.

Literally magnify the severity of consequences which appear if you won't find a way out of it in the nearest future.

Fill all the depth of your disappointment and frustration.

Enough,

Now move your sight a bit leftwards and see a new screen.

Imagine it showing all the measures you seem necessary to take to resolve this situation.

You don't need to worry about the way the events unfold.

Just visualize the things you seem to be right and accept the fact that everything will happen in the nearest future and to the best of your abilities.

And now,

Once again you turn your head a bit leftwards and there is a third screen before you.

There you can see the problem totally resolved.

It is no more.

Experience the way you will feel when the situation is resolved completely.

What are you going to do?

How are you going to act?

How will it ease your life,

The life of your dearest ones and all other people?

Your problem is completely cracked.

There is no need to worry.

Savor this splendid feeling to the max.

Experience the rupture and flush from the thing that your issues finally resolved and you can proceed further.

Now pay attention to your body.

What is it feeling?

Are there any changes?

Watch your body with your observant and caring eye.

Your vertex,

Hairy skull,

Your face,

Your whole head,

Neck,

Throat,

Arms,

Your body's fore part,

Your whole back,

Legs,

Your entire body.

Use the energy you've released during this meditation to change your life,

The lives of your dearest ones and all living beings on our planet to the best.

Keep breathing in a pace you seem convenient and smoothly get back to here and now.

Make some deep respiration and open your eyes as fast as you want.
