Transformational Mindfulness for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) is a life changer for those who suffer from being subject to a sometimes chaotic ebb and flow of emotions or the sensory overload of unregulated input.. Roughly 1 in 5 people are score higher in the over stimulation of sensory input and would be considered to be part of the HSP crowd. This group is for encouragement, meditations centered around transforming and reflecting negative energy into a positive and creative force for the healing of this world. The main concept is that anything lacking is for you to create with your abundant energy and that by creating within you the feeling and energy you are seeking, you will not only heal yourself, but in the process, heal the world. HSPs are thought to be more disturbed than others by violence, tension, or feelings of being overwhelmed. They may, as a result, make concerted efforts to avoid situations in which such things are likely to occur. On the more positive end of the trait, high sensitivity is thought to be linked to higher levels of creativity, richer personal relationships, and a greater appreciation for beauty.
