Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Following your breath,
Inviting in the stillness and the quiet and just giving yourself permission to just relax.
To be present and to just invite in the stillness.
Widening down the outside world and going within.
How am I feeling today?
Is there a part of me that needs some love,
Some attention?
Is there something that is causing stress,
Anxiety in my life that is causing me to be out of alignment with my peaceful self?
And just now inviting your subconscious mind to reveal to you anything that is in the shadows.
Anything that lives in your subconscious that may need to be brought to the light.
So that you can heal,
Transform,
Shift.
So ask yourself,
Dear mind,
Reveal to me now the aspects of me that are hidden.
The aspects of me that need attention,
That need healing,
That need love.
What patterns,
What thoughts,
What behaviors are holding me back?
I am now willing to listen.
I am now willing to heal.
And just take some time now to be in silence,
To allow your mind to reveal to you the information that is necessary.
And trust the information that you receive.
Just observe,
Learn not to react,
But sit with it,
Be with it,
No matter what it is.
Be with it,
No matter what it is.
I will return at the end of the meditation.
And it's time now to slowly,
Slowly return.
Acknowledging anything that you have felt,
Seen,
Any realizations.
And just taking in a deep breath and let it all go.
Slowly and gently beginning to move your fingers and your toes.
And take your time to come back.
When it feels right,
Open your eyes.
