Of the Settling in.

Find a comfortable position.

Your eyes slightly open or closed.

Welcoming the environment,

The sounds around you.

The feeling of the air touching your skin.

Allowing gravity to take hold.

Just noticing your body and your mind sinking and settling.

Reset your intention.

Or you already have one.

Whatever it is,

Just let it resonate with this practice.

Taking a nice deep breath in the nose and out the mouth.

Welcoming in the feelings of ease and security.

Well being in this and every moment.

Just feeling your way,

Not thinking your way into the jaw,

The mouth.

Feeling the ears and the eyes.

The scalp.

The neck and throat.

Shoulders.

Arms,

Hands,

Torso.

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Just feeling your entire body as a field of sensations.

Just allowing and observing.

Noticing your body breathing.

Your body is completely on its own.

Without thought.

Notice the joy of simply being.

For this moment,

You have nowhere to be and nothing else to do.

Welcoming feelings of ease and well being throughout your entire body.

Imagine going about your daily life.

In which all of your life is unfolding.

A little piece of this stillness remains.

As you're ready.

To bring in a little movement.

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes.

Feeling a sense of grounded and connectedness to yourself.

As well as the world all around you.

When you're ready to come back.

How in the feeling of well being.

To remain.

This stays with you as you move back now.

We can talk no more.
