As you settle in,
Allow your spine to be long so your breath and energy may flow more freely.
Gently and softly close your eyes.
I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allow it to fill you completely and then release it with a sigh out your mouth.
Again,
Breathe in deeply and fully through your nose and when you're ready,
Follow that with a complete exhale out your mouth.
As you inhale,
Pull in that life force and fresh energy.
As you exhale,
Let go of any old stale air.
Breathe in deeply again and release as you breathe out.
Continue with a long cleansing inhale followed by an even longer cleansing exhale.
One more time with my guidance,
Breathe in and feel your belly rise,
Feel your ribs spread and your heart lift.
As you breathe out,
Allow yourself to release.
At your own pace,
Continue to breathe deeply and steadily.
Each inhale an opportunity to receive new energy and each exhale an opportunity to let go of what you no longer need.
I invite you to imagine a beautiful white healing light at your heart center,
That sacred space at the center of your chest.
With each breath,
Allow that light to get stronger and brighter.
Give yourself permission to open your heart to receive.
I wish all the happiness for you.
I wish that you never have to suffer.
I wish that you know you are always loved.
I wish that you know you are never alone.
Continue to breathe and give yourself a moment to feel that loving energy.
As you anchor into that high vibrational feeling,
Imagine that beautiful white healing light expanding from your heart center and filling you from the inside out.
