Sometimes life shakes us,

And we need just a moment to return to our center.

This is your moment.

Whether seated,

Lying down,

Or standing safe and still,

Soften your gaze and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Feel your lungs fill completely.

And exhale gently,

Fully,

Through your mouth,

With a sigh,

Releasing tension.

And breathe in deeply again,

Inviting calm.

And exhale slowly,

Letting go of stress.

And once more,

Inhale fully,

Guiding peace into your body.

Exhale long and smooth,

Softening through your body.

With each in-breath,

Welcome calm and balance.

And with each out-breath,

Sink deeper into relaxation.

Now allow your breath to find its own rhythm,

Flowing in and out with ease.

Be present with your breath,

Just as it is.

Let it calm you even more.

And watch your breath for as long as you need.

And invite yourself to step back into your day with a renewed sense of balance,

Connection,

And peace.
