Affirmation practice.
If you'd like to deepen your connection with yourself,

Can try this practice sitting in front of a mirror,
And if not,
That's okay too.
Just take a comfortable seat,
Settle in,
Notice your breath,
Breathing in and out
Through your nose,
Softly and gently,
Bringing some awareness into your body,
Your emotional state,
Your physical state,
Just noticing how you feel right now.
We're gonna say a couple affirmations that will hopefully boost your
Confidence.
You can either repeat these out loud or say them to yourself in
Your mind.
If you're ready,
We'll begin.
I welcome myself as I am.
I belong in this world.
I see myself and I appreciate
Myself.
I love me.
I am full of love and positivity.
I am beautiful.
I am brave.
I've come a long way.
I can do anything I choose to do.
When I look at myself,
