Good morning.
Whether you are just waking up or you've already been awake for a while,
I welcome you to join me in welcoming the morning.
Settle into a comfortable position so that you can begin to connect with your breath.
Begin to watch the body and notice how it responds to the in-breath and to the out-breath.
Just observe and watch the breath moving through the body.
Gentle breath,
Natural speed,
Not controlling or forcing,
Just observing.
Notice how the body expands when the air enters.
Notice what is moving inside of your body.
Notice the energy that you feel.
Be aware of the emotions stirring inside of you.
Bring your attention to the physical sensations.
Just being here paying attention to yourself,
Nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do.
Being comfortable and present here with yourself is the only thing you need to worry about right now.
If your mind begins to wander,
Trying to plan or problem solve,
Just notice the thought and let it go as you bring your focus back to your body,
Back to your breath.
Just settle into this sacred space of presence.
Just relaxing into your gentle,
Soft breath.
The purpose of this meditation is not to clear your mind of all thoughts,
But rather to just be present here with yourself.
Notice what you notice,
Feel what you feel,
Be what you are experiencing.
That's it.
Just noticing,
Being aware,
And being here.
You can stay here,
Basking in the glory of relaxing and appreciating yourself for as long as you would like.
If you are ready to move forward with the day,
Begin to move gently.
Open your eyes if they were closed and look at the space around you.
Take a deep breath in and exhale loudly with a sigh.
Now you are ready for whatever this day brings to you and I hope you are blessed with abundance throughout.
