Welcome.

This meditation is meant for a quick reset,

Just a few moments where you can sit or stand tall and just notice your breath.

So if you're ready,

Just find a spot where you can sit upright or somewhere maybe you can even just stand.

Begin to elongate your spine by slightly tucking your chin and lifting the crown of your head towards the sky and imagine your spine getting long.

Drop your gaze or close your eyes,

You decide,

And then start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Nice and slow,

And then hold your breath for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Open your mouth and exhale all your breath out,

Then just resume your natural breath.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your face,

Lift the crown of your head,

The tight,

Tall spine.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and then hold for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Open your mouth and exhale,

Resuming your natural breath.

Notice where there's any tension,

Any anxiety,

Unwanted thoughts.

See if this time you can pull your breath into that space.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

Resume your normal breath,

And when you're ready resume your day.
