Meditation For A Busy Mind
Many of my clients struggle with getting started with meditation. They complain they are too long, and that they struggle with the thoughts in their mind. I made this easy-to-follow 5-minute guided meditation to help people like them, people like you. It will help you to see the thoughts, and give you an approach to help release them.
