Welcome to the letting go meditation.

The purpose of this meditation is to release any tension,

Any worries,

Any attachments and stress that is causing anxiety to energetically unplug yourself from the things that are stressing you out and to reconnect with an unlimited source of security and peace.

So let's begin with a few beautiful gentle breaths,

Just enjoying the slow breath,

Just slow everything down,

Breathing in very slowly and breathing out gently and slowly.

And as you breathe just become aware of where your energy is going.

We have what you could call psychic cords coming off of our being,

Connecting to people,

Places,

Projects,

Anything we think about and focus on and give energy to,

There's almost as if there's a energetic cable connecting,

Plugging into that thing.

So just tune into where are these cords going,

Where is your mind going,

What are you plugged into that perhaps you're attached to,

Worried about,

Just take a few breaths and just tune into that.

Where are those cords connected?

And now just like you do with your phone or computers,

You can unplug a cord and plug it in somewhere else.

Just imagine unplugging some of these cords one at a time from wherever they are and reconnecting them to a being of light,

The source of all secure,

Beautiful,

Good feelings,

Unlimited source.

Just imagine there is the unlimited source being of love and bliss and peace and safety.

Just unplug one of these cords and plug it into that light as if you're plugging it into the spiritual Sun and then unplug another one and plug it in.

Just notice where all your energy is and just unplug these cords.

You can do a whole bunch of them,

There's normally at least 10 cords coming out of us.

Unplug them,

Gather the cables,

Energetic energy cords and plug them all into the source of light and divine love.

Just plugging all of that energy into that source of divine love,

Pure,

Pure energy.

And as you reconnect to this light as if there is a light up above and you can plug into that and receive,

Receive the good vibrations down into your being,

Into your heart,

Into your mind,

Into your soul and into your body.

Just breathing that in and feeling secure,

That sense of security and peace and freedom.

You can even point your finger up in the air just to symbolize this spiritual connection.

You're making that link,

That light is shining down and you are aligned and having union,

Union mystico,

The spiritual,

Spiritual connection that is shining down and just allow yourself to receive to receive,

To enjoy and notice if there are any other cords connected anywhere else coming out of your being,

Draining your energy.

Just unplug them as well,

Unplug them.

This could be worries about the future,

Thinking about the past,

Thinking about other people,

Needing things that you haven't got.

Unplug all of that and reconnect it to the source of all goodness,

To the one,

To the safe,

Stable,

Secure energy.

And anytime you feel in any way disturbed emotionally,

Just notice where your energy is going,

Notice that energetic cable,

That cord.

Unplug it from the place that's stressing you out and then reconnect that to the stable source of divine love and divine peace.

So taking a few more deep slow breaths,

A big smile,

And you can come back to this practice as much as you like,

Any time of day.

This is a special,

Simple and profoundly powerful method to come away from all the endless details,

Draining energy,

Bring it back to the one,

To the one,

To the source.

So much love and enjoy,

Enjoy,

Enjoy.
