Let's begin.
Allow yourself to arrive into this day where the past is no more and the future has not yet arrived.
Breathe through your nose and allow each inhale to bring you into present time,
Your highest place of power.
With each moment and each breath,
You begin again.
Honor your awakening by focusing your attention on your natural inhale and natural exhale and gently become aware of your body breathing itself.
There is no better use of time today than this.
A time to awaken your mind to the infinite possibility of this day.
Bring your attention to the sensations in and around your heart.
You might place your hand over your heart gently and notice the sensations of your heart beating.
It asks of nothing.
Your heart is selfless.
On the 23rd day of your conception,
Your heart began to beat.
Day by day,
Your heart became stronger.
And in each moment of your life,
It has sustained you faithfully.
Breathe and connect with the sensations of your heart.
Feel the power source that makes this life possible.
Inhale and exhale.
And notice the sensations as a powerful ball of energy generating limitless love and compassion.
As you breathe,
Allow the healing force of loving kindness to fill your body and flow through you.
With each inhale and each exhale,
Immerse yourself in the wisdom and truth of these words.
I am thankful for this breath,
This body and this life.
I'm grateful for who I am and how far I've come.
I have everything I need to radiate with compassion and love.
Inhale with the awareness that your love is grace.
It is joy and it is your own brilliant power.
It is the core essence of you.
It is yours.
