Come and sit with me,
Take a load off and rest,
Let's bring you home to yourself to come and be with your whole self here.
In this moment,
To feel yourself in your body,
The earth,
The seat beneath you,
Behind you,
Your body breathing for you.
Feel that rhythm of the breath,
Feel yourself physically here,
Allow your body to rest,
To soften and melt in to this space.
To really arrive here,
Be aware of where you are in the space,
The room that you're in,
The space around you,
Above you,
Behind you.
You might be aware of any sounds that are all happening in the present moment.
Memories,
Anticipations,
Worries,
Just aware of the presence of the mind,
Of the activity in the mind.
Not needing to do anything about the mind,
But just to have awareness,
Awareness of its presence as you rest in your physical body.
Aware of yourself here,
In this moment,
Aware that I'm breathing,
Aware that I'm sitting or laying,
Aware of my emotional self.
How am I feeling in this moment?
Noticing if there's a neutral feeling,
A pleasant feeling or an unpleasant one.
Putting a name to it and just allowing it to be here.
There's enough space for all of you.
So feel your whole self here,
Body,
Mind,
Emotions.
Hold awareness of those three areas simultaneously.
Awareness that I'm sitting here in this present moment,
In my whole self.

Breathing in,
