Vibrating At The Speed Of Love And Light

Bringing ourselves,

Our beingness to the moment,

Allowing as much as we can and everything else to just,

Just fall away.

Simply settling in to the moment as it is,

As we are.

Breathing in deep and easy,

Down into your belly,

Filling up your chest.

And as you're breathing in,

Imagining white light flowing down and entering the top of your head.

Light vibrating at the speed of love and grace.

Source energy filling your being.

And with each exhale,

Just imagine letting go.

Even letting go is like an active thing.

Imagine almost being let go of things that stick to us,

The things that hold on to us,

Get stuck.

Imagine them just sliding away or floating away.

Sitting in this present moment in a pool of light.

And wherever you are in your energy,

Imagine that just becoming more still,

More of a pure vibration or tone,

Less static.

Like tuning into a radio station and getting the crystal clear sound.

And breathing in,

Surrounded by love and light coming through you,

Filling you,

Expanding beyond your edges.

As you yourself as an energetic being expand beyond your edges.

Imagining a tiny bright light in the center of your chest.

Like the energetic seed of who you are,

Containing everything and yet taking up no space at all.

You can see this light becoming brighter,

Vibrating,

Increasing the frequency.

And as this little pilot light vibrates at a higher frequency,

It also becomes brighter and more intense,

Pure,

Clear.

See it as a light.

Maybe you might notice it as a tone.

There might be a color.

Pure energy,

Pure awareness,

Beyond story,

Beyond your mind,

Beyond any judgment.

And sending extra energy and vibing up for receiving exactly what you need.

And bringing your attention to your solar plexus,

Just under your ribcage.

And grounding,

Imagining a cord of energy reaching from your belly,

From your chest,

From your root,

All the way down to the center of the earth.

A space where you can get rid of any excess energies,

Or concerns,

Worries.

And also that connects you and anchors you to the abundance of this world.

Bringing your attention back to the body,

To the moment.
