This is Miche from Your Magical Soul Inspired Life with another heart-expanding,

Vibe-uplifting guided meditation.

For this meditation,

I want to focus on finding a place of peacefulness and stillness within – the pilot light.

The more the outside world gets busy and full,

And life feels chaotic or disturbing,

The better it is for us,

And for the planet,

If we can find and maintain some stillness in our center.

That doesn't mean we don't react or don't respond.

It just means we're more in touch with our innate power,

Inner wisdom,

And love.

The more relaxed and present we are,

The stronger and clearer our own connection to Source,

To Love,

And to Grace.

So I hope you'll join me for the next few minutes on this guided meditation.

Imagine taking off your shoes before stepping into a sacred space with me,

Leaving your worldly concerns outside the door.

Give yourself this time of healing and empowerment.

Let's begin.

I'll guide you into a deepening,

Quieting state of mind and set the intention and the imagery,

And then we can just sit together in silence while holding that same focus.

So bring your awareness and your attention fully into the space that you're in.

Be aware of your body,

Your posture.

You don't need a certain posture,

Just be comfortable and in a position to breathe easily.

You might find yourself nodding off,

And that's okay,

Although the intention is to stay awake and aware in this time.

If you feel drowsy,

You can move around a bit or open your eyes and look up.

If you're feeling buzzy or jumpy,

You can look down with your eyes closed or open and imagine the extra energy dissipating down your legs,

Out your feet,

Into the earth,

Grounding you and drawing off any excess or nervous energy from your mind or body,

Settling into this present moment.

Bring your attention fully to the here and now,

Taking in a nice deep breath.

Imagine drawing in love and light,

Drawing in oxygen,

Drawing in life force,

Which is available as energy all around us at all times,

And breathe out whatever you're done with,

Whatever no longer serves you,

Whatever you have may picked up that doesn't belong to you,

Whatever energies or emotions you may have picked up through the day.

Just let it all go.

Nothing to hold onto in this moment.

Simply breathe and be.

Repeat this a few times,

Breathing in,

Drawing in love and light,

And breathing out,

Releasing that which no longer serves you.

Breathing in deeply and gently,

Filling your body with love and light,

And easily releasing any discomfort,

Any concerns,

That which no longer serves you.

Breathing in love and light,

Imagine breathing this love straight into your heart,

Into your heart chakra,

Or breathing it in as a beam of light,

Receiving it through the crown of your head.

You're being filled with love and light on the in-breath and on the out-breath,

Relieving,

Releasing,

Letting go that which no longer serves you.

Breathing in,

Focusing on drawing in and filling up with love and light into your physical body,

Every cell of your being being washed over with love and light,

Peaceful,

Relaxing,

Soothing your entire system.

And each exhale releases deeper layers of whatever you're ready to release,

Whatever no longer serves you.

Notice where your body is relaxing,

Your muscles loosening,

Quieting.

Notice the chair that you're sitting on or the cushion supporting you so that you can simply rest in your spot.

This is a time of no work.

This is a time of simply being.

The only requirement is to continue breathing.

And then from there,

We'll practice holding our attention,

Holding a single focus,

Expanding our awareness and our sense of love and light,

The love and light that we are and that is all around us.

And again,

That's no work.

That's just being,

Just being present,

Being aware,

Being aware of our own source energy,

Our own connection to spirit.

And for the moment,

Letting all else just fall away,

Just simply breathing and experiencing the love and the kindness that we naturally are,

The love and the kindness that is the fuel and energy of the universe.

Imagine in the center of your chest,

A tiny blue light,

The pilot light,

The source of you,

The seed of who you are.

And like a pilot light with a gas line,

It's connected to the main source,

The never ending always expanding source of life,

Of light,

Of love.

Hold your attention on this small blue light and notice while it is small,

It is stable.

Fuel from higher source and it has all the resource needed as you breathe in and breathe out.

Imagine this light,

This flame growing a bit taller,

A bit brighter with each breath.

And even though it's always light in motion,

The flame,

The core of it is essentially stillness.

Stillness in our bodies,

Stillness in our being.

Simply focus on this flame,

On this light.

You may hear sounds,

You may notice thoughts coming through your mind.

Just allow them to pass you by.

Thoughts may arise,

They will also subside.

You may hear a sound,

The sound will end.

The constant here is the light,

Your connection to all that is,

The divine and eternal spark of life that moves us,

That lives and breathes through us.

This light is bringing more light and awareness to your heart space,

To your heart chakra,

Expanding,

Exuding,

Radiating,

Emanating.

As you continue to focus on the flame,

Call to mind someone or something that inspires love and tenderness in you.

It could be someone or something real or imagined.

To bring up and focus the intention,

The vibration of love and compassion and kindness,

The deep pure kindness you might feel toward another,

Toward a child,

Toward a puppy,

In the presence of the wonders of life or flower,

The kind of compassion and kindness that you deserve to feel for yourself,

About yourself.

And notice as you begin to collect and raise this vibration,

Does it change the light within?

How does it change you?

How does it feel in your body to be focusing your attention and your awareness on love,

On loving?

Continue to maintain your focus on your flame,

On your light within,

An awareness of you,

Yourself as an energetic being,

Vibrating at the speed of love.

And let's just sit with that for a while.

If you notice your mind wandering,

Simply bring your attention back to the flame,

To your love,

To your heart.

There are so many souls,

So many lights shining singly and shining together,

Adding to the light in the world.

As we sit together in a group that spans all time and space,

We're actually adding to the greater wave,

To the greater vibe and building stronger frequency of this love and light that bathes over ourselves and also stretches out near and far and ripples out around the world.

Notice your intention,

Wandering,

Just simply bring it back to your awareness.

Experience the vibration of love in your heart,

Throughout your body.

Notice it emanating and radiating outward,

Out into the universe,

Simply as part of your being,

Being here,

Of being alive.

Are you willing to stretch and expand your capacity,

Both to receive love and strength and the signal that you emit of love,

Becoming an even greater force of love and light,

Becoming an embodiment of even clearer light in your life.

Notice an ability to receive more love and light,

Coming in through the top of your head,

A strong,

Beautiful,

Loving beam of light and energy.

And as you're receiving more,

You're simultaneously radiating and emanating and sharing more of that love and light into the world around you,

Simply by holding your attention,

Your intention,

Maintaining focus on the light in your heart,

On the state of loving kindness.

Underneath it all,

A profound stillness and strength,

Pure awareness,

Which is the truth of who you are,

Bringing endless fuel for living your life on this journey as an energetic being of love and light,

Having a human experience.

As we're coming to the end of the meditation,

You may want to draw your energy inward.

You might want to adjust your flame in any way you imagine to a level that feels comfortable,

Stepping out into the rest of your day.

You can adjust it at will,

But bring your awareness fully back into your body,

Into the room,

Wiggle your hands and your toes.

Make sure you are fully in your body and grounded before you take off from here to whatever your day holds for you next.

I hope you had an experience of some greater stillness and peace within that you can carry with you.

Remember this pilot light.

Come back to this meditation whenever you like,

Or simply bring it to mind to invoke the peace and the frequency of quiet awareness whenever you need it.

And remember,

Simply as you breathe,

You are a light in this world.
