Hey folks,
Miche here with tonight's Heart Expanding Vibe Uplifting Guided Meditation and we'll see what shows up tonight.
So we're going to start with a ring the Tibetan bowl once and take us through a guided meditation and then from there we'll just spend some time in silent meditation holding the same focus of wherever we're at and then I will ring the bowl three times at the end to signal that we're at the end.
All right,
Let's get started.
First off,
Just bring your attention to the present moment,
The room that you're in,
Your environment.
Bring your awareness fully into your body.
Take a deep,
Relaxed breath and imagine as you're breathing in that you're drawing in love and light from the universe around you,
Flooding into your body,
Into your energetic being and as you breathe out,
You can release any stress or dis-ease,
Unease that's in your body or in your energetic field.
Just continuing to breathe in,
Drawing in love and light and breathing out whatever no longer serves you.
You can imagine actually breathing in straight into your heart or into your whole body.
Every cell in your being is breathing in the nourishing oxygen and love and light and every cell of your body can also expel on the exhale anything that no longer serves you.
You can bring your attention to the center of your heart,
The center of your chest,
Your heart chakra and continue breathing in and imagine that this love and light is especially concentrating in your heart and combining with the love and light that comes from your heart,
Strengthening that and now with each out breath,
You can imagine that this light is cycling in from the universe through your heart and back out in all directions around you.
We're drawing in love and light,
The divine nature of love,
Kindness and compassion.
Bringing that in for ourselves,
For our bodies,
Our minds,
Hearts and sending that out throughout the world and although I'm saying sending out,
It's actually not an effort.
It's just natural process that we're always emanating a vibration,
A frequency.
We have an electromagnetic field that we put out and it shifts and changes as we are changing our state of mind,
Our state of being,
As we shift our mood or slow our pace.
So we sit here together focusing on our hearts,
On love and kindness.
We actually shift into that vibrational gear more deeply,
More steadily.
So we're flooding our own being with love and light and kindness and we're pulsing out to the world around us that same love and light and kindness as easily as breathing,
As easily as our hearts are beating.
As we sit together,
Maintain your attention and your focus on your heart,
On this love and light.
You can imagine that we are each pillars of light.
We're like a lighthouse and our heart pulsing out the love and the light is a beacon sending light and love out,
Emanating,
Expanding,
Touching and interacting with all other energy,
All beings.
And in doing this,
We're shifting the vibration that we are in and we are subtly shifting the vibration around us.
And as we come together and do this as a group,
We are exponentially growing the strength of the field that we put out.
I can imagine this love and light pulsing from our heart and filling our environment,
Shifting the planet,
Healing ourselves,
Healing the earth,
Healing all beings.
And all we need to do in this moment is stay present,
Put our attention on divine love and light,
And simply allow ourselves to be that,
To be that which we already are.
To set aside the labels and the titles and the boxes and simply be our divine energetic selves.
And if you find that your mind has wandered off to some other topic,
When you do notice that,
Just simply bring your mind and your attention back,
Bring it back to your point of focus,
To your heart,
To the light beacon,
To the pillar of light that you are.
Simply keep bringing your attention and your awareness back as you hold and strengthen the vibration of love and light and compassion toward yourself and compassion toward others.
And allow your heart chakra to continue to open and receive more and radiate more.
We have capacity,
Great capacity to receive and to emanate love and light.
It's the very nature of our being.
If you're new to meditation,
You feel yourself getting restless,
You can shift in your seat,
Shift your pose,
Just continue to bring your mind and your thoughts back to your heart center.
Doesn't matter how many times you lose focus,
Just keep bringing your focus back gently without judgment,
Just bring your attention back to the moment,
Back to your heart.
