A Mindfulness Journey.
I'm so happy you've made the commitment to meditate with me for the next 7 days.
It's really easy to join the journey.
Just hit the Join the Journey button that was on your email and you'll receive something every day to your inbox to help you on the journey and of course to remind you to meditate for the day.
And you might have a ton of questions about how this is going to go,

If you've never meditated before.
And just know that this practice,
It's really all about reducing stress.
It's about quieting your mind,
Quieting your body,
And it's about increasing your happiness.
I'm going to give you some tools that'll help you through this process.
They'll be audios and you can listen to them on Insight Timer.
Insight is an app that you can listen to either on your computer or your phone.
So you could take it with you.
But if you don't want to download another app on your phone,
That's okay too.
You don't have to.
Just know that when you meditate regularly on a consistent basis,
You're less reactive to the stresses of everyday life.
So if you could commit to just five to ten minutes a day,
I promise you it'll be worth it.
