Transcript

Welcome to Day 22 in your fourth week in your mindfulness challenge.

Over the next seven days we will focus on kindness and gratitude.

Sit tall and comfortable.

Close your eyes or take your gaze down.

Today we'll be sending kind thoughts to ourselves.

Please repeat these phrases after me quietly in your own mind.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy and strong.

May I be safe.

May I know how much I'm loved.

May I live at peace.

Now just notice in your body how it feels to send kind thoughts to yourself.

Where do you feel that in your body?

Very nice.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes or lift your gaze.

Great work today.
