Hello.
Breathe with me for just a moment.
Notice the air as it enters around your nostrils.
See how it's slightly cooler when it goes in,
And slightly warmer as it leaves again.
Do this once more and really give it the fullness of your attention.
And here you are,
Really here,
Right now.
And this fullness is at the very heart of mindfulness as you dive again,
Diving once more into that fullness of breath.
Really let yourself fall,
Falling and falling into this fullness.
Really letting go and being one with the breath.
As we give ourselves completely in this way,
There is a wholeness,
Feeling into that wholeness now as you let yourself fall into the breath,
As you let yourself be one with the breath.
And thought may come along to separate us,
But we bring our attention fully back into the breath.
And there it is,
That wholeness is felt and found once more.
It's always here,
This wholeness.
We can be completely whole and yet completely empty all at the same time,
All in a single breath.
And life exists here.
Life exists within a single breath.
