Get yourself into a comfortable and relaxed position.

And then place your palms together over your heart.

And start rubbing your palms together to create a warmth,

Activating the energy in your hands.

Keep rubbing them,

Then place them over your heart,

Focusing on this area,

Acknowledging any feelings or sensations.

Now relax your hands down,

And as you do,

Drop down twice as relaxed,

Becoming twice as deep and twice as calm.

And on the next exhale,

Send a wave of relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Doubling the relaxation you had.

Focus on the sensations of your breathing,

The sounds around you,

The feeling of the air on your skin,

All at once,

Until your mind lets go and opens up,

Becoming more receptive and aware of the infinite possibilities around you.

And now that you've found a comfortable place where you can listen and relax,

You can allow your body to feel supported where it's sit or lay,

Letting your muscles relax.

If at any time you need to adjust for comfort or swallow,

Or even scratch,

That's perfectly okay.

Those things won't disturb you.

In fact,

By doing those things,

It will simply help you to even become more comfortable and to enjoy this even further.

In a moment,

Not yet,

But in a moment,

I'll count to three.

When I count to three,

Place your awareness on your eyelids.

When I count to three,

I want you to clench the muscles around your eyes and then relax your eyes.

One,

Two,

Three,

Clench,

Keep them clenched.

Now relax the muscles around your eyes so they are so relaxed,

They will not work.

When you're sure those muscles are so relaxed,

Hold on to that relaxation and test them to make sure they won't work.

Good,

Stop testing.

And as you exhale,

Send a wave of relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

The deeper you go,

The better you feel,

And the better you feel,

The deeper you go.

And think of someone you love.

As you think of that person,

See their face,

Feel their love,

And the love you have for them.

And now focus your attention somewhere in your body that feels dense,

Tired,

Tense,

Or sticky.

You may even hover your hand over this area,

Or you may simply imagine it.

As you focus on that area,

Notice the colour and consistency,

Both within your body and the area just outside it within your energy field.

Get a feel for the colour,

Consistency,

Transparency,

If there is any temperature or shape to this energy.

And now with the power of intention,

Change the colour,

Consistency,

Maybe even the temperature and shape of that area.

See it change,

Feel it change.

Change it to something that feels lighter and more loving.

If you have your hand there,

You may even move the energy with your hand.

Otherwise,

If there is any density or tension,

Allow it to release,

To lift like steam,

Or melt away like water.

And if there are any emotions,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Beliefs,

Or energetics that are not yours,

Stored in this area,

Notice and feel them disconnecting,

Like cords unplugging,

Or ropes breaking.

Feel it releasing as it floats away.

Now repeat this for another area,

Both within and just outside your body,

That feels dense,

Tired,

Tense,

Or sticky.

Focus on it,

Notice the colour,

Consistency,

Transparency,

Shape,

And temperature.

And then with the power of intention and your focus,

Change the colour,

Consistency,

And temperature and any other details you desire.

Anything dense or sticky,

Allow it to lift like steam,

Or melt away like water.

And anything that is not yours,

Disconnects and floats away.

Again,

You can move the energy with your hand,

Otherwise move it with your mind.

Repeat this process for the next few minutes,

Focusing on any area both within and just outside your body,

In your energy field.

Notice the colours and shapes it makes,

And change it to something lighter and loving,

And anything dense or sticky,

Melts or lifts.

Asking yourself what is not mine,

What did I pick up or collect throughout the day,

What doesn't feel like it doesn't belong to me.

And as you do,

You purify and alchemise all that is not yours,

To allow your inner light to illuminate,

And your inner knowing to remain clear.

Continue searching,

Purifying,

And alchemising now.

And now that you have purified and alchemised all areas of your mind,

Body and spirit,

We will refill those areas with powerful,

Nourishing life force energy.

As you breathe in,

Imagine breathing in through your heart.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine breathing out through your heart.

Allowing this cycle of energy to flow in and out with your breath.

And now imagine a fire starts to build within your heart.

Noticing the colour and temperature of this fire.

And with every breath,

The fire starts to grow bigger.

Bigger.

And bigger.

And brighter.

And brighter.

Until it is so big and so bright,

It spreads throughout your body.

Getting into any pockets or shadows.

Burning away anything that is not yours.

Nourishing any area that the energy might be low or missing.

See it and feel it fill any of those places in the body.

Nourishing and reinvigorating as it fills the areas with light and love.

You may even start to feel a tingling as the energy flows and expands.

Until your whole body and beyond your body is immersed in this fire.

Burning away anything that is not yours.

Throughout your body and your mind.

Notice the fire travelling through all the pathways.

Cleansing and nourishing.

And then when you feel as light and bright as a star now.

Imagine lying down in a mountain stream.

Maybe it's cool and refreshing.

Or maybe it's warm and comforting.

The water flows from your head to your toes.

Washing away the fire and anything with it.

Noticing every cell from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Being filled with this water that is the most purest,

Loving and revitalising energy.

And if there is anything left that is dense,

Tired,

Tense,

Sticky or not yours.

Notice it flowing out your toes and fingers.

Washing away with the water.

Allowing yourself to stay immersed in this flowing water.

As it activates and purifies all your energy centres.

And relaxes your mind and muscles around your face.

And relaxes your muscles along your neck.

And down your shoulders.

Continuing down your front and your back.

Feeling the water and the energy flowing.

Washing away anything that is dense,

Tired,

Tense,

Sticky or not yours.

Imagining it flowing out of your toes and fingers.

Feeling it flowing out of your toes and fingers.

Washing away with the water.

Continuing down your abdomen.

Hips.

Legs.

Lower legs.

Arms,

Hands and feet.

Just immerse yourself in this revitalising energy of the most purest and loving form.

And in a moment,

Not yet but in a moment,

I'll count from three to zero.

When I do,

You'll drift into a deeper state of sleep.

While you are asleep,

Your subconscious will empty out and cleanse all remaining emotions,

Thoughts and energetics from the day.

Restoring your energy to its whole and pure state.

Three.

You may begin to notice a peaceful calmness with every breath in and out that you take.

Breathing normally now,

Simply cover the breath with your awareness.

Two.

And with every breath you take and every beat of your heart,

The more wealthy and healthy you become.

Your mind and body are already calibrating to your highest state of wellbeing.

One.

Going deeper,

Deeper and deeper.

You already feel fresher and lighter and at ease as you drift off into the most peaceful and restorative sleep.

On the next count you will drop down deeper,

Waking up only at the exact time you know you need to wake up.

Zero.
