To start with,
Place your hands on your ribs and start breathing and feeling your ribs expand in your hands.
Really noticing that feeling of expansion as you breathe into your ribs and your hands.
Noticing how this breath makes you feel.
Start to notice the air in your nostrils.
You may be able to feel or hear the air flowing through your nostrils.
Gently make the air so light and so gentle that you can barely feel the air coming in through your nostrils.
And as you breathe gently,
Focusing on the air in your nostrils,
Notice how this experience starts to relax you.
Where do you feel that relaxation?
In your face,
Behind your eyes,
Maybe in your body,
Maybe even in your mind.
I would like you to think of a feeling you would like to feel at the end of this meditation.
Just think about what that feeling would feel like as you listen to the sound of these tuning forks.
Returning your focus to your breath,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
And on the count of three you'll open your eyes feeling wonderfully refreshed and better than before.
